Xu Huo met with his companions at the Star Bar and confirmed that staging Gao Zhen’s final pose had been an extra safeguard for shaping the aftermath.

• The Government Hall’s rescuers cleared Bird Tower’s entrance and found Gao Zhen dead, seated with a Pocket Watch held to her chest.
• The Star Bar owner, who showed signs of infection, stayed behind as the city emptied and served two Players watching the news.
• The broadcast announced that Bird Tower had released Antidotes and portrayed Gao Zhen as a martyr who had saved W37 Base City.

After saving the base city and clearing the Dungeon, Xu Huo and the others celebrated their success and received high completion ratings and rewards. They then began negotiating how to divide the team rewards, a process that could keep them trapped in the Dungeon if they failed to agree.

Xu Huo and Chi Minghong escaped from a casino in a stolen electric truck, taking a little girl with them as Government Hall Players gave chase. Chi Minghong fought the pursuers while Xu Huo drove, and the chase continued as they headed toward Xiaoyang City.

• Xu Huo killed Brother Rong, took his snowball item, and joined Chi Minghong as she fled the casino in an electric truck.
• Xu Huo picked up the raincoat-clad little girl, and the group set off toward Xiaoyang City to catch a direct train to Snow City.
