Xu Huo trained with Bai Kou at Platinum Eye, settled the children into school, and then entered a new dungeon as a West District inspector. As he began working with the Surveillance Department, a bombing and a search for suspects exposed the district’s violence and despair.

• Xu Huo spent time with Tan Qi and Xiao Yuan, met Xin Rong’s family, and exchanged wills with Bai Kou while explaining his understanding of Time Rays.
• Xu Huo arranged for Tan Qi and Xiao Yuan to learn from Old Mrs. Lu, while he trained with Bai Kou and improved his control of Time Rays and Space Rays.
• After saying goodbye to the children, Xu Huo left Platinum Eye and used Dr. Zhang’s puzzle ball to obtain a Ticket to Hornless Lamb Station.
• Xu Huo entered the Hornless Lamb dungeon as a newly hired West District inspector and joined the Surveillance Department amid abuse, corruption, and hostility toward residents.
• Xu Huo rented a room, explored the neighborhood, and learned that local gangs were arranging a weapons supply and plotting against Heyue Winery.

• After the other fugitive was captured and killed, a surveillance officer stole a young woman’s Photo and threatened a boy, who later stabbed him and fled with the Photo.

Xu Huo navigated the West District’s unrest, investigated the Rebel Army, and agreed to enter the East District as an inspector. Once there, he began uncovering Agor Company’s influence over the city’s hospitals and child-rearing programs.

• Xu Huo rescued a mute girl from a captor, sheltered her, and later helped her bury her parents while the Frozen Processing Plant’s organ trade sparked a deadly explosion.
• As rumors of the Western District Cleanup Plan spread, Xu Huo helped the mute girl and an abused boy escape District 035 with Morning Mist.
• Xu Huo investigated the Rebel Army, discovered East District players were using Mutated Plants to detect spiritual Super Evolvers, and offered a captured Mask player mutual assistance.
• After an East District inspector massacred civilians, Xu Huo warned the Mask player that Rebel Army contacts and safe houses might have been compromised.
• East District inspectors selected Xu Huo and five others for training, restrained them with Poison Thorn tracking bracelets, and took them through Gate 3.
• Xu Huo entered the East District, met Rebel Army contact Sister Yan, and received a Mask and identity documents while the group arranged a place for him to stay.
• Xu Huo proposed investigating East District player modification and Agor Company's psychotherapist, then slipped away from Rebel Army surveillance to explore the city center.

Xu Huo investigated Agor Company’s control of Yuquan City and its secret experiments on players, joining forces with the Rebel Army and Outer District players. The conflict escalated into open battles, ending with the Rebel Army threatening to destroy Agor’s White Blood Potions rather than let them continue to harm future generations.

• Xu Huo uncovered evidence that Agor Company’s hospitals restricted births and harmed children, then seized medical records and captives to expose the company’s practices.
• Xu Huo and the Outer District players attacked an Agor training facility, but the East District’s defenses killed several players and captured Qiao Qiao.
• Sister Yan died detonating explosives when Agor forces surrounded her home, while the Rebel Army prepared for war against the company.
• Xu Huo infiltrated Jixin Medical Base and learned that Rebel Army members had freed experimental subjects and were hunting for the surgeons behind East District players’ brain operations.
• Xu Huo escaped Rebel Army questioning and joined Qiao Qiao, Old Zhou, and Lin Cao to investigate Zheng Yuci and Agor’s experiments.
• The East District ambushed Rebel Army members in a park, and Xu Huo disrupted the underground device before joining the fight at a library venue item.
• Xu Huo helped the Rebel Army battle Blue Jacket and other East District players as they used mental interference devices against them.
• The Rebel Army revealed a huge box of White Blood Potions and threatened to destroy it, declaring that it would not let Agor poison the next generation.

Xu Huo exposed Agor’s experiments on East District players and fought Zheng Yuci as the Rebel Army and outside players attacked Yuquan City. Zheng Yuci escaped, leaving Xu Huo at the Ocean Evolution Base to uncover a trap involving the real White Blood and the poisoned test subjects.

• Xu Huo fought alongside the masked youth against East District players, then identified the bespectacled man as the Rebel Army’s Dove and discovered tiny chips and toxin in modified players’ brains.
• Xu Huo spread a rumor about a strength-enhancing White Blood Potion as players converged on Yuquan City and the Rebel Army attacked Agor.
• Agor raised contracting barriers that trapped and killed many attackers, while Xu Huo survived the assault and used Space bombs to destroy Agor headquarters.
• Xu Huo and the Evil Ghost Mask pursued Zheng Yuci, whose mental powers let her repel the Mask’s attacks and trap him in her Spiritual World.
• Xu Huo battled Zheng Yuci’s expanding Honeycomb, broke through its defenses, and fought alongside Zhang Xian, who stabbed himself and Zheng Yuci before she escaped.
• Xu Huo learned the White Bear Laboratory had been destroyed, rejected Teacher Zhao’s ordinary potion, and went to the Ocean Evolution Base.
• At the burning base, Xu Huo found a black metal atomizer and realized releasing its contents could poison the city and kill the already-poisoned East District test subjects.
