Deidara glanced at Obito and handed the decision over to Sasori.
"Fine."
Without much thought, Sasori nodded at Obito. "Since you, Tobi, are so confident, we'll leave these people to you."
In truth, Sasori believed that with their aerial advantage, they could have ignored those Konoha ninja entirely.
But Tobi's origins and motives were far too suspicious.
Sasori intended to use this opportunity to test Tobi's strength first.
"Thank you, Senior Sasori. Don't worry, I guarantee I'll hold them off for as long as possible." Obito hurriedly promised, delighted.
