The riot in the Royal Capital of Leyndell lasted all day, affecting more than two-thirds of the city. It wasn't until nightfall that things finally began to quiet down.
The reason was none other than the commander responsible for security in the inner city—the Draconic Tree Sentinel. He was deploying troops in an attempt to surround and capture an enemy who had broken into Leyndell: that troublesome little girl mage!
And naturally, mages weren't easy to catch.
Especially when that little girl seemed to be having fun, repeatedly showing herself on purpose as if playing hide-and-seek with them, teleporting short distances again and again and reappearing within sight.

And so...
After the initial chaos, as the little girl's increasingly brazen laughter rang out, more and more elite Leyndell knights joined the grand pursuit across the royal capital.
Then, with countless city guards, snowmen, golem sentries, citizens hiding inside their homes, and all sorts of other people watching, hundreds, then thousands, then even more pursuers were led on a merry chase all over the city by that troublesome little girl, as if she were walking dogs.
At first, the pursuit went smoothly. They chased her from the area in front of the city wall to the inside of the eastern wall, then to the western wall and the outer fortifications. At one point, they even managed to corner the little girl on the massive Divine Bridge.
However...
Before the two sides could clash, she teleported and vanished in an instant!
Then, just as they thought the pursuit had failed and were ruefully preparing to call off the operation, the distant sound of a horn announcing that the target had been spotted rang out near the great church beyond the eastern wall.
So they had no choice
