At the holy land Mary Geoise, the World Government and Navy leadership convened once again.

Over the past few months, they had held three meetings, and every single one had the Rocks Pirates as its target.

No one expected the Rocks Pirates to move so fast—a month ago, they openly challenged the World Government.

And now, they had already struck at one of the World Government's allied nations.

"What the hell is the Navy doing? The Rocks Pirates vanished for over a month, and no one could track them down?" the World Government leader roared furiously at the Navy high command.

"You're the one who inflicted Ochoku's injuries, aren't you." Rocks clasped his hands behind his back, gazing at the endless sea, his tone flat as he questioned.

Patri Vic's pupils sharply contracted, cold sweat beading on his forehead, but he still replied calmly, "I did it."

Patri Vic knew Rocks' strength was terrifying, but he hadn't expected him to even know about the fight between him and Ochoku.

At a moment like this, it was best to answer honestly—no point in lying.

"Hahaha... I like talking to honest people." Rocks turned his head and laughed.

"If I were a Marine spy, I'd have joined the Rocks Pirates long ago. How could I have been forced to join under the Marines' siege on Hachinosu Island?" Patri Vic shrugged helplessly in reply.
