Rocks held Ochoku's head in his hand, gazing into the distance as he spoke calmly.

"Rocks Pirates executive, bounty of 1 billion berries, Patri Vic. Looks like I've caught a big fish today." Kong walked toward him step by step with a cold smirk.

"Even a Navy Admiral has come?" Patri Vic frowned slightly.

A Navy Admiral was the highest combat power of Navy Headquarters. He hadn't expected such a strong fighter to show up. But then again, the Marines were aiming to completely annihilate the Rocks Pirates this time, so deploying this level of strength was to be expected.

"What, are you scared?" Kong sneered.

"Not at all. I've finally run into a Marine powerhouse—I'm thrilled," Patri Vic replied calmly, stripping off his shirt.

"All talk. Today, I'll throw you in prison." Kong shrugged off his Justice cloak.

Patri Vic coated his arm in Armament Haki, staring solemnly at Kong before him. Against such a strong opponent, he couldn't afford to fight half-heartedly.

"Boom!"

Their fists collided instantly. A powerful shockwave, like a raging storm, swept through the surroundings, shaking countless trees and kicking up clouds of dust.

"Damn it."

Patri Vic frowned, feeling his fist go numb. Kong's Haki was superior to his.

"Bang! Bang! Bang!!!"

Their fists clashed repeatedly like machine guns, the intense aftershocks shaking the area.

Patri Vic felt as though he were punching an unbreakable solid object, leaving his arm numb. He flew backward, letting out a sharp cry.

"Earth Style: Earth Rising Spear!"

"Rumble!!!"

Suddenly, a massive cluster of sharp rocks erupted beneath Kong.

The jagged stones completely surrounded Kong's position, leaving him no room to dodge. Countless rocks tried to pierce through him.

Kong coated his entire body in Armament Haki. The sharp rocks struck his skin but couldn't penetrate it.

"Such petty tricks won't hurt me," Kong said calmly, slowly stepping out of the rock pile.

"Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique!"

Patri Vic opened his mouth and spat out a massive fire dragon head, its blazing flames surging toward Kong like a lightning-fast arrow.

"Boom!"

The entire forest instantly erupted in roaring flames, fire blazing everywhere as countless trees were set ablaze in a single moment, light scattering in all directions.

Kong's body was engulfed in scorching flames, but Armament Haki covered his skin, rendering the fire's power largely ineffective against him.

"Navy Admiral, truly a monster," Patri Vic remarked.

His own strength was formidable now, but a Navy Admiral's power was no joke—after all, they were the highest combat force of Navy Headquarters, so terrifying strength was only to be expected.

"Bang!"

Kong's legs coiled with force, leaving a small crater in the ground as he leaped up and charged at Patri Vic.

Patri Vic coated his arm in Armament Haki, veins bulging on his forehead as he swung his fist to meet the attack.

"Crack!"

Their fists collided! Countless cracks spread across the ground, and Patri Vic's feet sank into the earth.

Their fists remained locked for a full minute before both retreated.

"You're not Patri Vic?" Kong's brow furrowed as he questioned coldly.

According to the intelligence they'd gathered, Patri Vic had never demonstrated the ability to control lightning.

So at this moment, suspicion arose—the man before him wasn't Patri Vic.

"Who else but me can wield fire, earth, and even lightning all at once?" Patri Vic shrugged calmly in response.

Lightning possessed terrifying offensive power, capable of bypassing defenses.

Even though Kong's defense was formidable, lightning could still pierce through his body and inflict damage.

"You... really are a monster," Kong said in a low voice.

He'd long heard rumors that Patri Vic possessed multiple Devil Fruits, but seeing it with his own eyes still left him somewhat astonished.
