A huge ship sailed across these waters—a pirate ship that struck fear into the hearts of the New World's strongest.
It was the Rocks Pirates' ship.
Their current goal was to find a Marine battleship.
According to information from their informant,
they now knew that Charlotte Linlin and the others were going to be held in a prison by the Marines.
All they had to do was reach the prison ahead of time and intercept them.
The sky, which had been clear and blue without a cloud in sight, suddenly darkened. Clouds gathered, and lightning flashed as thunder rumbled.
The New World's bizarre weather was nothing new to them, so they weren't particularly surprised.
Patri Vic leaned against the railing, resting his chin on his hand as he gazed ahead. Suddenly, he spotted a ship on the distant horizon.
He didn't pay it any mind, though. There were plenty of pirate ships in the New World, and running into another one at sea was perfectly normal.
The ship in the distance didn't turn away after spotting them. Instead, it headed straight toward them.
Patri Vic remained calm.
There were only two kinds of people who would see the Rocks Pirates' ship and not turn away.
Either they had just arrived in the New World and didn't know what the Rocks Pirates' ship looked like,
or they were hotheaded fools looking to challenge the Rocks Pirates.
Over the years, plenty had challenged the Rocks Pirates, but no one had ever succeeded.
"There's a ship coming."
Whitebeard had also spotted the ship approaching on the distant horizon.
"Yeah. Maybe it's another hotheaded fool," Patri Vic said coolly.
As the ship on the horizon drew closer, Patri Vic suddenly realized that the people aboard looked familiar.
