Dragon-Slaying Thrust originates from Wang Heyu's spiritual essence, which manifests in him as a burst of full power but evolves into Luo Zhou's Spiritual Power after being acquired through Rewarding Good and Punishing Evil. Luo Zhou's Keen Dharma Eye provides targeting, while his accumulated four bulls' strength supplies the force needed to launch it. 4 6

Luo Zhou develops the weapon after mastering all five body-refining techniques and their three hundred and sixty forms. Though still in the Body Tempering stage, he can refine it with true qi acquired from defeated Qi Refining cultivators. 6
