Each Their Own Battlefield
Outside Las Noches, Sora Inoue spotted Tsuna and his group from afar and quickly went to greet them.
"Brother Inoue, why are you smiling so happily?" Tsuna said with a smile as well.
"Finally, we're free! How could I not be happy?" Sora Inoue's smile almost reached his ears.
"Liberation is liberation, but you'll still need to act as a liaison between Hueco Mundo, the World of the Living, and Soul Society. You don't need to be stationed there permanently," Tsuna explained Sora Inoue's arrangements.
"As long as I don't stay permanently, everything is fine." Sora Inoue got tired of the same old, unchanging scenery in Hueco Mundo in just a couple of days. It's fine if it's just a business trip, but staying there for a long time is no different from being in prison.
"Is Sora Inoue one of your people?" Nel asked in surprise.
"It has always been that way, Aizen knows it too." There's no need to hide this anymore.
"Your relationship with Aizen... I really don't understand." Nel finally managed to say this after a long pause. Who would knowingly entrust important tasks to someone else's people?
There's no way around it. Aizen's level of understanding is beyond what ordinary people can comprehend. His vision has never been limited to Hueco Mundo, while Nel's ultimate vision is simply to make Hueco Mundo better. The two are simply not on the same level.
"Let's not talk about that, Inoue- nii. Did you bring what I asked you to bring?" Tsuna asked.
Sora Inoue pulled out six dashboards and handed them to Tsuna, saying, "The remaining six Espada's Reishi are inside. As long as you get within a hundred meters, you can find their corresponding locations."
As a kind-hearted person in Las Noches, getting a Reishi or two from a former colleague was not difficult for him at all.
Tsuna didn't look at it much. He trusted Sora Inoue and handed the device directly to Renji. "Distribute them. The numbers on the back represent their seats. You can go directly to them later."
Renji flipped the instrument over, and it was labeled 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 10, each corresponding to one of the six Espada. Tsuna wanted them to attack all six of them at the same time.
"But Tsuna, if something happens to someone, can you help them?" Renji hesitated.
"The enemy won't wait for you to come one by one. Don't tell me you've made it to the Vice-Captain and still don't have the courage to face death?" Tsuna retorted.
"It's Renji. If we can't beat him, we'll just die. What's there to be afraid of? Hurry up and give me my target." Ikkaku's eyes were sharp; he spotted his opponent immediately and snatched it away.
"I was overthinking it." Renji quickly distributed the equipment to everyone as previously arranged.
Tsuna and Sora Inoue chatted as they traveled. Sora Inoue hadn't gone very far, and soon they arrived at the entrance of Las Noches.
"Alright, everyone, let's inform the Arrancar Las Noches our arrival!" Tsuna said after glancing at the group of Vice-Captain.
Apart from Gin Ichimaru and Nel, everyone else unleashed their spiritual pressure, pressing down on Las Noches.
Even if the combined spiritual pressure of these eleven people is not as terrifying as when Tsuna came last time, it is still enough to achieve the purpose of provocation. All the Arrancar in Las Noches looked towards the direction of the gate.
Apart from Barragan's small group, the remaining five Arrancar all chose the same approach: to ignore them.
Now that Las Noches is under Barragan's control, he should be the one to handle any provocations against Las Noches. However, they did not expect that this time, the enemy is not only targeting Las Noches and Barragan.
"Barragan!"
Inside the palace, all the Arrancar immediately fell on Barragan after looking at the entrance. The provocateurs had already come to the door; now it was Barragan's turn to choose.
"Men, accompany me to meet them."
Barragan hoisted a double-edged battle axe and charged toward the gate. As soon as he stepped outside, he saw a group of black-clad Shinigami Uniform and Nel, who was wearing an antelope skull.
"Bleach, how dare you provoke me on my territory!" Barragan's double-bladed axe slammed into the ground, displaying the aura of a king of Hueco Mundo. "And you, Nelliel, have you been turned into a collaborator?"
Barragan did not see Tsuna. After encouraging the Vice-Captain, Tsuna immediately used Bakudo 26: Kyokkō to hide himself and Sora Inoue.
After all, all the Arrancar in Las Noches witnessed the last battle against Aizen. If Tsuna appears, there's no point in fighting this time, and it won't serve the purpose of training the Vice-Captain.
"Just a Barragan? Shūhei Hisagi and Yumichika, you're lucky you don't have to run anymore," Ikkaku said listlessly, hoping his opponent would satisfy him.
"Not just them, I should stay here too." Looking at the group of henchmen behind Barragan, the Shiba stepped forward and said.
Seeing that the Bleach in front of him didn't take him seriously, Barragan was furious, but when his eyes swept over someone in the crowd, he couldn't help but laugh.
"Isn't this Gin Ichimaru? When did he become like a stray dog?"
Barragan's sarcasm didn't faze Gin Ichimaru at all, but Rangiku was furious. Considering the bigger picture, she had to follow the previous discussion.
"Shūhei Hisagi and Yumichika, give him a good beating, or else..." Rangiku didn't finish her sentence, her clenched fist exuding a menacing aura.
"Don't worry, Rangiku -nee!" Shūhei Hisagi quickly assured her.
"He will surely die a horrifying death!" Yumichika said with an elegant and beautiful voice.
"That's it, disperse!" Rangiku ordered, afraid that if she stayed any longer, she would lose her temper and start making a move.
"Stop them!" Barragan noticed the others were about to leave and immediately gathered all his men to intercept them.
A surge of spiritual pressure blocked the Arrancar's path. Shiba released his Zanpakuto, and, adjusting his sunglasses, said to the Arrancar, "Sorry, everyone, your opponent is me!"
This was the result they had agreed upon beforehand: apart from the Arrancar Espada, all the Arrancar would be handled by Shiba Shiba was highly mobile and had a greater advantage in charging through crowds.
In Shiba range where he faced multiple opponents, the pressure he endured was no less than that of the others.
Four people remained where they were, but only three entered combat mode. Nel walked away and sat cross-legged on the ground, ignoring the battle.
If Tsuna hadn't said that as a future leader she had to step forward and win the favor of the other Arrancar, Nel would have wanted to hide in the Kyokkō as well.
Atop the pillar, Ikkaku, carrying Hozukimaru in his Shikai, strode over and arrogantly declared, "What? You think you're my match? Grimmjow, isn't that right?"
Grimmjow lazily sat up from the ground. "Bleach? What are you doing in Las Noches?"
"What are you doing? Fight! And then, I'll kill you!"
Ikkaku of the face glared menacingly at Grimmjow, but Grimmjow wasn't intimidated. He had already pulled his hands out of his pockets, and sparks flew between their murderous intent.
"I didn't expect we were on the same side. Well, that's good. I'll come help you guys once I win."
"Watch out, you red-haired devil! You dare to challenge one of the top Espada all by yourself? You've really gotten too big for your britches!" Hiyori, the troublemaker, retorted to Renji without hesitation.
Hearing the commotion behind them, Ulquiorra and Yammy stood up together. Looking at the four Bleach in front of them, Ulquiorra asked...
"Bleach, what is your purpose?" The flat tone made it difficult to discern whether it was a question or a statement.
"Ulquiorra, is it? Let's have a fight, and I'll tell you if you win!" Renji grinned. "Stretch out, Zabimaru!"
The elongated blade struck Ulquiorra directly, pushing him away. Renji used Flash Step to catch up, dividing the battlefield. He fought Ulquiorra one-on-one, while Yammy was left to his three colleagues.
"You're as impulsive as ever, Renji," Izuru Kira said, watching Renji's retreating figure.
"Watch out!" As soon as the words were spoken, a tall figure blocked Izuru Kira's path.
"Oh? Someone with that build can keep up with my speed? You're interesting," Yammy said.
"Don't underestimate Stealth Force, you bastard!" Ōmaeda forcefully pushed Yammy back, while simultaneously warning, "Concentrate! The battle has begun!"
The usually unreliable Ōmaeda became the most reliable one at this moment. To be honest, when he heard about Tsuna's expedition mission, his legs almost gave way.
But after being kicked out of the Squad 2 by his own captain, Ōmaeda had only one thought left: defeat his opponent, return alive, and he had to win this battle.
"Understood!"
With a formidable enemy ahead, Hiyori put away her usual playful demeanor and finally looked somewhat like Vice-Captain.
Izuru Kira drew his sword without a word. It was indeed his oversight, and he couldn't let his teammates pay for his mistakes again and again.
In the Las Noches Palace, another pair of female guests arrived. The tall and Isane shrank back, while the petite Rukia exuded the aura of a big sister.
"Halibel, by order of the Soul Society Expedition, I have come to subdue you. Combatant: Rukia Kuchiki!"
After Rukia finished speaking, Isane quietly added, "Kotetsu Isane."
Halibel remained expressionless, but her three subordinates, Apache, Mila Rose, Sunsun, were the first to become displeased.
"What right do you have to launch a campaign of retribution...?"
Before he could finish speaking, Rukia abruptly interrupted him, "There's no point in saying more, Lingwu, Sode no Shirayuki!"
Rukia Flash Step in front of Halibel and swung her sword at Halibel. Halibel calmly drew his sword back and exchanged blows with Rukia. The spiritual pressure that erupted from both of them scattered the palace's furnishings.
The three subordinate officers were stunned; they seemed completely unresponsive to Rukia's attacks, and this was a battle they were not capable of intervening in.
"Apache, Mila Rose, Sunsun, stay away from me! This battle is not for you to interfere with!"
As the three of them focused their attention on Isane, Halibel gave an order and immediately rushed towards Rukia. Judging from her aura alone, she knew that the tall woman was not as weak as she appeared and was definitely not a pushover.
Gin Ichimaru pushed open the door to the room of the 10th Espada with practiced ease, and sure enough, Stark was lying inside.
"Oh? Gin Ichimaru, you've brought your girlfriend back?" Stark teased, noticing the figure behind Gin Ichimaru.
