The Scythe of the Shinigami, as its name suggests, is a product of Chad's Fullbring under the influence of the Bleach's aura, and it is attached to his right foot.

"Ryūsō no Kogetsu!"

After finishing all this, Toshiro exhaled a slight chill. The complete Hyōrinmaru allowed him to use some of the Bankai abilities even in its Shikai.

The Ryūsō no Kogetsu is one such example. It's fast to activate, and the spiritual pressure from its Shikai makes it even more concealed. With just this one move, Toshiro is qualified to join the Stealth Force.
