Though the situation was a headache, Lin Qi didn't feel he was in any great danger.
As long as none of the attackers were Extraordinary Professionals and no S-Minus Rank fighters were involved, Lin Qi was confident he could stay alive.
The Liu Group's security detail wasn't just for show. Lin Qi shouldn't have to face the threat himself.

Lin Qi reviewed his current situation.

The only difference was that he was in the open, while the sisters, Liu Xuan and Liu Li, were in hiding.

Lin Qi replied to Arthur.

It wasn't a matter of efficiency. If Arthur was exposed, both the Si Clan and the Liu Group would hunt him down.
Arthur didn't reply again, but a minute later, Lin Qi received an email from Guangleng.
The request for an extraordinary meeting had been approved. It would take place at midnight on Sunday.
Lin Qi put his wristband away in the weapon slot where he kept his Short Tang Dao. He took the blade out and held it in his hand.
There might be danger tonight, so Lin Qi didn't plan to put the weapon back.
He turned on the bathroom tap, splashed his face with water, and focused his mind.
From that moment on, he kept Psychic Vision active, watching for any danger that might appear.
Time ticked by, second by second.
Lin Qi didn't know if the explosion Arthur had mentioned would happen, or when it might happen.

With a smile on his face, Wang Ziru had made preliminary arrangements for the science and engineering survivors while Lin Qi had been analyzing the Extraordinary Item.
He had rushed over, eager to report the results of his work.
Lin Qi nodded, then looked past Wang Ziru to Xia Chu, who had come out a moment later. Lin Qi had told her to keep an eye on Wang Ziru.
Seeing Lin Qi's gaze, Wang Ziru immediately understood.
There was no need to report his work. This "big sis" would explain everything.
"Boss, I won't interrupt you and sis. There's still work in the workshop that I need to organize."
Wang Ziru arrived quickly and left just as fast, without even waiting for Lin Qi to reply.
