Arthur was a solo mercenary before joining the Highest Level Mercenary Group, and was already accustomed to operating while isolated and in danger. During the Greenland City operation, the Iron Curtain System prevented easy entry, leaving Arthur dependent on the group’s assistance and intelligence network. 16

Arthur’s homeland is in the European Political Zone. Later intelligence identifies her as Delilah Hathaway, the former heir of Hathaway Aerospace Company and the current representative of Lingling Space Aerospace Company in the Asian Political Zone.
