Background / History

Long before Lin Qi learned of their connection, Lin Changshou visited Red Fruit City disguised as an old Wizard. During this staged “fortuitous encounter,” he gave Lin Qi the First-Rank Extraordinary Item that granted Psychic Vision, selecting it specifically so that Lin Qi could eventually rise through the Wizard profession. Lin Qi recognized him from the exact appearance of his Metaverse avatar years later. 386 454

Lin Changshou was introduced as a 150-year-old Fifth-Order Extraordinary Professional and an elder of one of Nanyun Pharmaceuticals’ four great families. He enjoys using his wealth and Metaverse privileges to embarrass Lin Qi, yet his humor conceals a highly calculating political mind.
