Background / History

Ye Xuan was originally an orphan with mediocre talent. His rise began after the remnant soul of the Extreme Dao Ancestor entered his sea of consciousness. The ancestor promised to teach him and make him a Martial Dao legend if Ye Xuan helped gather materials to reconstruct his body. Under this guidance, Ye Xuan repeatedly created miracles and rose as a genius from humble origins. 6

Before Lin Yuan changed the original plot, Ye Xuan benefited from resources that Li Xuan'er extracted from Lin Yuan, including Qi Gathering Pills and Hundred-Year Blood Ginseng. When Lin Yuan refused to provide them, Ye Xuan’s planned breakthrough and preparations for the All-School Competition were disrupted. 1 2

Forced to seek resources independently, Ye Xuan hunted ferocious beasts and vowed to reach the pinnacle through his own efforts. He later accepted assistance from the Huangfu Family, intending to use them for strength and revenge rather than serve them blindly. 6 27

His rivalry with Lin Yuan became a sequence of humiliating defeats.
