  • Zhu Long said the Dragon Clan had to remain active to suppress the Four Seas, but Tai Yi warned that he could slaughter the clan and leave only a few dragons to fill the Sea Eyes.

Ch. 74Mutual Exploitation; Justified Campaign to Suppress the Immortal Court

Zhu Long offered the Dragon Clan’s submission to Di Jun’s Demon Race in exchange for protection and help retaining control of the Four Seas. Di Jun accepted, intending to use the Dragon Clan as a vassal and its conflict with Dong Wangong to justify a campaign against the Immortal Court.

  • Tai Yi challenged Zhu Long’s sincerity, but Fuxi asked him to state his purpose, and Zhu Long offered to have the Dragon Clan join the Demon Race and govern the Four Seas.
  • Di Jun weighed the Dragon Clan’s weakness and political value, then accepted its submission.
