Jabra understood now. That Water Dragon that had exploded earlier had only been a feint. It had never hit that Ninja at all. Even the water splash flying everywhere might have been deliberately arranged by the other side!

CP9's expressions darkened even further after being cursed out. Being tricked by the enemy was bad enough, but now they had to endure the rage of their own idiotic superior.

"Sir, them going over there does not mean they can leave here alive." Kalifa struck a pose as she spoke. "As long as they remain on Judicial Island, we can catch them."

"That's right." Blueno said, "This waterfall may be impossible for others to cross, but not for us."

Using Geppo, they could rush over at any time and engage the enemy in a fierce battle.

"Ah, right." Spandam nodded after calming down.

He had been too worked up and had forgotten about that. CP9's Six Powers could help them cross the waterfall and attack the enemy.

"More importantly, without the key, it is impossible for Straw Hat to free Nico Robin." Kalifa said, pushing up her glasses.

Xi Yan's gaze frightened Kalifa into taking a step back, but once she remembered that she was still beside her partners, she stepped forward again.

"Don't rush. Let me finish." Kalifa took out a key and said, "There are six keys in total, one on each of us six."

"And only one of them can open Nico Robin's handcuffs. Are you... sure you want to flee now?"

Under normal circumstances, Kalifa would not do anything unnecessary. But now, she could only use this method to draw in these pirates and keep them from leaving so easily.

"So..." Zoro placed a hand on his sword hilt. "Unless we take the keys from you, there's no way to free Robin."

"Hiss... puff..." Sanji said after lighting a cigarette. "Then we fight."

"Can't we figure out a way to deal with the handcuffs later?" Nami said. "We've already gotten Robin back."

"Are you sure you want to do that?" Kalifa said. "While facing the possibility of assassination every day, you'll be dragging around deadweight locked in Sea Stone handcuffs."

"What if someone can open them?"

"Sorry, Sea Stone handcuffs are special." Kalifa sneered. "Unless you can find a special Devil Fruit User, finding the key is your only option."

"But the sea is so vast. Can you really find one?"

"Or are you planning to let Nico Robin wear Sea Stone handcuffs for the rest of her life?"

Kalifa looked as though she had them completely cornered, seemingly not worried at all that they would simply leave.

"Well said!" Spandam laughed loudly. "Pirates, even if you leave today, I can mobilize more troops to hunt you down!"

"Can you really protect Nico Robin while she's wearing handcuffs?!!"

"You..."

"You're too damn noisy!!!"

Luffy suddenly shouted, cutting Spandam off. Spandam jolted in fright and nearly collapsed onto the ground.

"I said I'm going to punch that pigeon-raising guy flying!" Luffy said. "Besides, we've already declared war on you. How could we possibly just leave?"

"Luffy..."

"That's right." Xi Yan said calmly. "You've already activated the Buster Call. It would be a little hard to justify leaving without doing something."

"This time, I'll let Robin know that the Buster Call isn't anything special!!"

"Xi Yan..."

Nico Robin, held in Xi Yan's arms, felt tears well up in her eyes. But she bit her lip and tried her hardest not to cry.

"Looks like the outcome hasn't changed much." Zoro said.

"Isn't that perfect?" Sanji said. "I've really been wanting to kick them around."

"You guys..." Nami shook her head helplessly, then turned serious. "In that case, let's make a huge mess of this."

"Just as I hoped!" Chopper said angrily. "You bastards who dared bully Sister Robin, prepare yourselves!"

"Sniper King isn't someone to mess with either!"

Nico Robin finally could not hold it in anymore, and tears streamed down from the corners of her eyes.

"Ah!!"

"You bastards!!"

Franky covered his face and said, "I love you guys so damn much!!"

"Bastard!"

"Bastard!"

"Alright!" Franky stood up and said, "Let super me lend you a helping hand!"

"Today, I'm super amazing too!!"

Kalifa watched this scene with a livid expression. She had not expected that they had already intended to do this. It made her feel like a clown.

She had thought she had seized their weakness, only to find that they had handed her a blade instead!

"Damn it, if that's the case, why did you go through all this trouble?!" Kalifa glared at Xi Yan furiously.

"Me?" Xi Yan glanced at Kalifa. "While I did intend to fight you, I don't have a habit of leaving my partners on your side."

Xi Yan grinned. "Making an enemy of a Ninja at sea is the greatest mistake you could have made!"

"A mistake you'll spend the rest of your lives looking back on!"
