Xi Yan paid no attention to the giraffe and the wolf. Once Chopper's breathing had steadied, he walked straight through the battlefield and returned to Nico Robin's side.

"Usopp, hold him."

Usopp froze for a moment, clearly not expecting the other man to know his name.

But when he remembered that, upon returning to Rocket Man, Nami had pulled Xi Yan into the cockpit for a private conversation, he understood.

At that moment, the sound of a cannonball tearing through the air rang out, followed by a tremendous explosion.

A cannonball slammed into the very top of the High Tower, blasting away the already crumbling upper section!

"That's... Buster Call bombardment!" Jabra's expression changed.

They had started firing already?

If that was the case, they did not have much time left to keep fighting.

With that thought, Jabra's attacks became even fiercer!

"That was Buster Call bombardment, wasn't it?" Nico Robin frowned as she looked upward. The sky was already visible.

Only one cannonball... it was most likely a Navy test shot.

Xi Yan, who was crouching on the ground treating Blueno, said, "Those people have finally arrived. I was starting to get impatient waiting."

A trace of gravity appeared in Franky's eyes. Though he hated to admit it, he could not remain calm in the face of something like the Buster Call.

Yet Ninja Bro was still able to remain calm. That kind of composure was truly beyond Franky.

"Alright, he's healed."

Blueno, having regained consciousness, instinctively opened his eyes. But before he could say anything, he saw a pair of Sharinggan gradually filling his vision.

"Nothing much. I merely controlled him with an Illusion."

"Controlled with an Illusion... so that idiot Spandam activating the Buster Call was also your doing?"

"Yes."

Franky:...

Just how powerful was this Ninja Bro?

"Alright, leave this place to Zoro and the others." Xi Yan said, "If you want to go to the Gate of Justice, tell this Minotaur. He'll use his fruit ability to take you there."

While speaking, Xi Yan glanced toward the Gate of Justice and said, "I'm going to deal with the Buster Call."

At that moment, the silhouettes of warships could already be seen near the Gate of Justice. If he did not act, the Buster Call's artillery fire would definitely affect his partners!

When he appeared again, he was standing atop a massive water dragon's head, crossing the High Tower and flying over the sea toward the Gate of Justice!

"Did you notify the Franky Family?" Nami said. "Tell them to retreat early. The battle here is nearly over too."

Near the Gate of Justice, aboard Navy warships, five vice admirals stood at the front of their respective ships, silently waiting for Judicial Island to enter optimal firing range.

Though they did not know why an Admiral wanted to destroy this place, that did not stop them from carrying out their orders.

At that moment, a Navy lookout reported, "Report! A massive water dragon has appeared ahead!"

"A water dragon?"

Vice Admiral Momonga looked into the distance in confusion and saw that something truly was flying toward them.

But... why was it a water dragon?

"Stay alert! There's someone standing on the water dragon!!"
