Trebol paid no attention to his reaction and instead turned to look at Doflamingo.

"Doffy, I'm truly sorry about what happened with Sugar," Trebol said. "I never imagined that a man who couldn't even move his hands or feet could scare Sugar into fainting."

"No one would have expected that."
