The Cave True Realm is the stage at which a cultivator comprehends the true mysteries and origins of heaven and earth. Its practitioners are called True Men or True Persons and can perceive reality beyond ordinary senses. 19 478 506

It stands above the Dharma Body Dao Physique Realm and below Pure Yang. Major sects generally treat Cave True cultivators as their leaders or foundational powers. 113 227

• A Cave True cultivator begins forming the prototype of the higher Mysterious Yellow path through the principles of matter, energy, time, and space. 380
• The realm represents the highest level naturally contained within a world; advancing to Pure Yang requires beginning to transcend that world. 478

Comprehension of Reality

Cave True cultivators no longer merely manipulate laws; they perceive the underlying truth from which laws and the world's origin are formed. 478 506

• Their relative strength is determined principally by their comprehension of the reality of heaven and earth, rather than by the raw amplification of techniques. 227
• Their clashes occur on the world's “true level” and are usually imperceptible to those below the realm. 506
• They can replace the laws of heaven and earth with their own Dao laws—summed up as “my will is heaven's will, my Dao is the Heavenly Dao.” 506

Creation and Blessed Lands

A True Man can imitate heaven and earth to open a Cave Heaven or Blessed Land. 5 19

• Cave True cultivators can transform matter and energy, creating substances from power and constructing a heaven and earth lacking complete space-time. 380
• Their creations are commonly described as Blessed Lands; a fully independent world with its own complete system is reserved for Pure Yang True Immortals. 255
• At the realm's peak, a cultivator may create life and even resurrect the dead. 255
• Perfectly creating life requires an infusion of Heaven and Earth Origin; ordinary Primordial Qi is insufficient. 466

Orchestrate Creation

Orchestrate Creation is the peak of the Cave True Realm and the highest realm available to mortals. 255 541

• Practitioners can comprehend life and death, create life, and wield seemingly inexhaustible creative power. 255
• An extreme-grade Creation Spirit Treasure possesses power close to this level. 264
• In some worlds, a cultivator at this level would be regarded as a creator deity. 255

Immortality and Survivability

Cave True experts are exceptionally difficult to kill. 527 544

• They can regenerate from a drop of blood and possess indestructible divine souls. 527
• Even after destruction of form and spirit, a surviving sliver of spiritual sense may be enough to reshape both. 544
• Defeating a Cave True cultivator is therefore far easier than ensuring their death. 544

Hierarchy and Rankings

The True Person Ranking records roughly 200 leading Cave True experts from the Great Heaven World's major factions. Entering its top twenty is considered the general limit of the realm, while the top ten are quasi-Pure Yang existences rather than ordinary Cave True cultivators. 384

Limitations

• A difference in Dao cultivation within and above this realm is decisive; multiplying a Cave True cultivator's strength by hundreds or thousands cannot bridge the qualitative gap to Pure Yang. 227
• Cave True practitioners still remain bound to the world, unlike Pure Yang cultivators who have begun to break free from heaven and earth. 478
• Though they can create Blessed Lands, only Pure Yang practitioners can construct a truly independent Cave Heaven. 255
• Ordinary external resources rarely improve a Cave True cultivator's cultivation; only exceptionally rare objects, such as materials containing world-origin-like energy, are effective. 530
