Background / History

Minato was Kagura’s first student. Although he was not initially regarded as a genius and did not top his class, Kagura’s review of his records found him outstanding in every area, with few apparent weaknesses. Over years of training, Minato quietly learned several of Kagura’s ninjutsu and taijutsu techniques. 181 184

Alongside Uzumaki Kushina and Hyuga Hiashi, Minato developed into the effective leader of Kagura’s student squad. His ability to remain composed when missions became dangerous, formulate comprehensive plans, and earn the trust of even the proud Hiashi made his leadership position effectively undisputed. 206 236
