"As for this photograph..." Anduin picked up the old black-and-white picture. "This was taken eleven years ago, when I spent Christmas with your parents. Can you tell which one of us is me?"
"Yeah!" Harry nodded without hesitation and pointed to the young man in the photograph.
Though many years had passed, Anduin's appearance hadn't changed much. His bearing and style of dress also made him easy to recognize.
"Now, can you guess who I was holding?" Anduin asked, giving Harry a knowing smile.
"Huh? Could it be... me?" Harry asked, pointing at himself in disbelief.
"That's right. You—and Neville." Anduin pointed to the other baby beside him. "This is Neville. The woman holding him is his grandmother, Augusta, and beside her are his parents, Frank and Alice."
"Later, they were grievously injured by the Death Eaters and lost their memories. They're still being treated at St. Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries. Neville's had a hard life, too."
Harry nodded in understanding. No wonder Professor Wilson was so close to Neville. He'd been friends with Neville's parents years ago.
He was also astonished to learn of his own connection to Anduin. He'd assumed the professor had just been an ordinary friend of his parents. He'd never imagined Anduin had been so close to his family—close enough to have held him as a baby.
After a moment of reflection, Anduin seemed to remember something amusing, and his voice grew lighter.
