The Unveiled Threat

The comet that pierced the heavens had already faded, allowing its trail of light to slowly dim until it vanished completely.

The group had long since been battered and bloodied, yet the fighting spirit in their eyes remained undiminished. Their madness persisted, and they completely disregarded their own lives, continuously slaughtering the colorful monsters. When they lacked the strength to do more, they even used their own bodies to block attacks aimed at Ais, leaving all five of them splattered with dissolving liquid and struck by tentacles, their bodies smoking and bleeding.

With this desperate display of courage, combined with the belated magical support from the three Elven Mages in the rear, they finally managed to hold back the staggering army of monsters.
