Kakashi sighed and turned to the other squad captains. "Everyone, go help put out the fires. Don't let them spread."

On the makeshift stage, the Fourth Hokage, Namikaze Minato, delivered the carefully prepared speech with a smile. His azure eyes swept over the new students and their parents below, twinkling with amusement.
