In front of the bulletin board below the Hokage Building, Sunagakure, Kirigakure, Takigakure, and Kusagakure Ninja, along with some Konoha Ninja, arrived early to wait for the official list of those who had passed the Chunin Exams.

Around eight o'clock, an Anbu Ninja emerged from the Hokage Building and posted the list on the bulletin board.
