The Platinum Dragon Lord is the Son of the Dragon Emperor and one of the strongest surviving True Dragon Lords. He usually acts through the remotely controlled Platinum Armor rather than appearing personally. More than two centuries earlier, he used the armor to travel with the Thirteen Heroes against the Demon Gods under the alias Charles. 121 309

He served as the leading True Dragon Lord among the Council Nation's lifelong dragon councilors, alongside the Azure, Diamond, Obsidian, and Wyrm Dragon Lords.
