"Alright, I knew you wouldn't agree."

After the meeting ended, Namikaze Minato looked at Uchiha Kei with a helpless expression.

This meeting had mainly covered the situation of each group.

It had also told all the shinobi preparing to take students to get ready, so they could have the chance to select their own students or learn about their future subordinates.

Of course, not every student had been assigned yet.

At the very least, the eight people Uchiha Kei knew about had yet to be completely settled.

However, the groups for those kids had been decided. The Ino-Shika-Cho trio remained unchanged, while Sasuke, Naruto, and Hinata were assigned to one team, which seemed only natural.

As for the final team, it was especially interesting—Kiba Inuzuka, Shino Aburame, and Karin.

When Uchiha Kei first saw that list, he was briefly stunned. But then he nodded as though it was only natural.

Karin had come to Konoha with her mother long ago, and her fate had inexplicably been rewritten.

Besides, she was still young. It was perfectly reasonable for her to be in the same graduating class as Naruto and the others.

And the three well-connected kids had already been grouped together, so the other classes needed reinforcing too.

The Inuzuka and Aburame Clans were naturally inclined toward sensory abilities. Adding another sensory type like Karin meant that the entire group consisted of reconnaissance and Sensor Ninja.

Uchiha Kei had always thought that, if they needed reinforcement, it would probably come from the Yuki Clan that had been talked into coming over from Kirigakure.

The Yuki Clan had now taken root in Konoha, flourishing under Konoha's policies and Namikaze Minato's care.

Moreover, Konoha's environment and the plan designed by Nara Shikaku and the others had completely integrated the Yuki Clan into Konoha.
