Kakashi said with a troubled expression, "Daimyo-sama, do you want Konoha to investigate? Forgive my bluntness, but this is an internal affair of the Land of Water. Investigating rashly could very well become a diplomatic issue."
"At a time like this, who can still worry about that!"
The Land of Fire's Daimyo slammed his hand on the table and said furiously, "We failed to hold on to the Land of Wind, and now he's reached into the Land of Water too. Of the six great nations, he controls three all by himself!"
"Do you know what that means? It means Peach Country can use those two great nations to take off rapidly. In just a few years, finances will no longer hold Peach Country back!"
Kakashi signaled Naruto with his eyes, but Naruto only wore a long face and remained silent.
