"My name shall not be uttered without my permission."

After the party, Lynch thought about those words and still felt that Klein had put on a big show.

In this respect, he is no match for Mr. Fool.

He shook his head, picked up his Walking Stick, and went to the Duel Club.

He came back for the meeting, which was supposed to be his excuse to shoot, but he hasn't shot yet today. I'm so frustrated.

After playing at the Duel Club for a while, Lynch returned to the security company. As soon as he entered, Dunn called him into his office.

"Your Sequence 8 Potion has been approved."

Lynch smiled with delight.

"So fast?"

He had thought it would take a long time, but it came down quickly.

"It would have taken some time, but the Spectator formula you got yesterday has been a huge help to the Holy Cathedral. They desperately need an Beyonder with the Spectator Pathway."

Dunn explained with a smile.

Lynch outwardly agreed, but inwardly he was somewhat surprised.

What a coincidence!

Ince Zangwill and 008, he now thinks of these two as the culprits whenever he thinks of coincidences.

However, arranging for it to be placed in the Holy Cathedral is probably impossible.

Ince Zangwill wouldn't dare do that right now, so it can only be something the Goddess did.

The Goddess allowed the Holy Cathedral to take the Potion recipe, gave him a contribution, and approved the Poet's Potion.

Lynch breathed a slight sigh of relief.

He guessed it was Mr. Azik's power again; the Goddess was devouring Death, so she was trying to curry favor with Mr. Azik, promising Goddess Potion if he gave her a reason.

Although it seemed like he was borrowing Mr. Azik's influence again, Lynch wasn't worried at all; he figured he might as well use the connections he had.

"Captain, when can I take the Potion?"

Lynch was filled with excitement; he was about to become Mimic.

He felt excited when he told people that he could simulate two Pathway at once.

"The Potion is right behind Chanis Gate. Old Neil said he's here to mix the Potion for you. If you succeed this time, I'll give you ten pounds as your operating funds."

Dunn thought for a moment and encouraged him.

He didn't want to discover that Lynch had suddenly turned into Monster, and the feeling of personally killing his team members was extremely unpleasant.

"That's wonderful!"

Lynch said excitedly.

Although he already had money, he didn't think he had too much.

Paying you for taking Potion? What kind of captain is that?!

What surprised him even more was that Old Neil was going to help him concoct Potion, which might give him the opportunity to expose the hidden eye behind Old Neil.

After finishing his exams, Lynch felt that Old Neil hadn't fully recovered. He seemed to have improved a lot, but he thought it might be better if the Holy Cathedral checked him out.

This is a triple celebration!

"I'm going to find Old Neil right now!"

Lynch quickly said goodbye to Dunn and turned to look for Old Neil, but Dunn called him back.

"Wait, after you Advancement Sequence 8, go find a martial arts instructor to practice martial arts every day. This will help you."

Lynch said no problem, he switched to the Warrior Pathway and training was effortless.

Is there anything else?

Lynch stood by the door and asked.

Dunn pondered for a moment, then hesitantly shook his head. "There shouldn't be any more. Go and take the Potion!"

Lynch immediately ran away, afraid that Dunn would remember something and wouldn't let him go. He couldn't be bothered to chat with Dunn right now.

He went straight downstairs to find Old Neil, and sure enough, he was in the archives.

Old Neil was staring intently at the Poet's Potion recipe, as if there were some kind of flower on it.

"What are you looking at? You're not thinking of selling this recipe for fifty pounds, are you?"

Lynch asked with a grin.

Ever since he said he spent fifty pounds to buy the Spectator Potion, Old Neil has been saying that he also wants to buy Potion recipes, or that he wants to sell the team's Potion recipes for fifty pounds.

He dared not even think about spending several hundred pounds, because a sucker like Lynch could only afford fifty pounds.

Lynch was so angry he really wanted to fight him.

How come he has no money?

He has over 1,900 pounds now!

"Who's like you? Here, take it! You have such a bad memory, you can't remember anything!"

Old Neil mocked Lynch and casually tossed him a Potion recipe for the Sleepless.

"Don't tell anyone, or you'll be punished. But if you find a sucker, you might actually be able to sell it."

Old Neil gave him a warning, which moved Lynch somewhat, a rare occurrence.

Old Neil knew it was illegal, yet he still secretly copied a copy for him. That's some serious friendship.

So, to repay Old Neil Old Neil, he decided to report him.

I really hope it's not serious, otherwise Lynch suspects the Old Man will be under close surveillance for the rest of his life.

However, Lynch thought this was a good thing.

Dunn hinted to him that once he Advancement to Sequence 7, Tingen would have to recommend him to Backlund, otherwise he wouldn't be able to obtain the subsequent Potion. The Holy Cathedral believed that small places didn't need higher-level Beyonder except for the captain.

Lynch will have to leave Tingen eventually for the sake of the Potion; he can't keep an eye on Old Neil forever.

He glanced guiltily at Old Neil, afraid that the Old Man would discover his ulterior motives and poison his Potion.

Old Neil had no idea that the guy in front of him was still thinking about reporting him.

He was carrying the Poet's Potion recipe and a small box filled with Potion ingredients, which he had taken out that morning.

"The Midnight Poet's main materials are the vocal cords of the Red Moon Howler and a Soul-Stealing Bellflower."

Old Neil took out these two pieces of material.

Then I put it in the pot.

Then he took out a glass of red wine, poured some into his glass, drank it down with satisfaction, and then looked at Lynch.

"You're about to take the Potion, so I personally don't recommend drinking alcohol right now, but you can drink if you insist."

He made a gesture as if to pour some for Lynch, but Lynch immediately refused.

He noticed that there wasn't much red wine left in the bottle, and he was worried that he wouldn't have enough of his supplementary materials. He had just seen that the Midnight Poet's supplementary materials required 100 milliliters of red wine!

"Don't worry, any amount is fine, I have experience."

Old Neil offered a word of comfort upon seeing his expression, but Lynch pretended not to hear.

He snatched the liquor from Old Neil's hand, carefully measured out 100 milliliters, and then poured it in with satisfaction.

This is the Potion he's going to drink; it doesn't matter if there's too much or too little. How could that be?

What if he mutates after drinking it?

After watching Old Neil carefully put down the remaining materials, Lynch then took the bottle of potion that looked like lake water.

"If I mutate..."

He couldn't help but say it.

Old Neil immediately interrupted him.

"If you mutate, I'll give all my possessions to Klein."

Lynch:...

He didn't say it, but Old Neil's property was his!

He picked up the potion and drank it all in one gulp. Then, his gaze rose, his Spirituality increased, and amidst the various colored lights, he looked behind Old Neil.

No, there's nothing there.

But he wasn't reassured; instead, he shouted, "Old Neil, you have someone behind you! Someone's watching you!"
