Namikaze Minato convened the Five Kage and arranged an expedition to investigate the abnormal Natural Energy, leaving the villages preparing to respond.

• Sarutobi Toru returned to the valley, reunited with Pakura, and used his Hormone Fruit ability to make the Ten-Tails grow.
• The Ten-Tails transformed into a towering God Tree whose roots destroyed the Snow Village base and forced the Snow Ninja to leave.
