Background / History

The Heart Sage Sect ordinarily recruits disciples once every hundred years and historically required candidates to have awakened Dao Bodies. It opened an early special recruitment roughly a decade after its previous intake, accepting Xiantian Realm martial artists under forty regardless of Dao Body status and prioritizing combat power instead. 191 192

Sage Heart Clan

The clan initially held only a limited foothold on the Immortal Road, where imperial lineages overshadow holy lineages. Its cohesion and network of Holy Lords enabled it to gather intelligence, protect Heart Sage Sect interests, and support Zhang Su’s advancement. 280

After Zhang Su destroyed the Zhao Clan, the Sage Heart Clan occupied its former territory and replaced it as a new imperial clan. This provided the foundation for the Heart Sage Sect’s gradual relocation from the universe to the Immortal Road. 283 284
