For a time, all the ninja in Konoha began discussing what was going on.
Some said Konoha was planning to start a war.
Others said a powerful enemy was about to attack Konoha.
The Kage Level ninja had all gathered at the Hokage Office.
Aside from Torifu, Uchiha Chirori, Hashirama, Tobirama, and Mito, nearly all of Konoha's Kage Level ninja were clan leaders.
There were only a little over ten of them in total, but they were a force to be reckoned with.
"Lord Hokage! What did Lord Third Generation mean by that order? Is something major about to happen in Konoha again?"
The Old Clan Leader of the Akimichi clan asked worriedly.
The Shinobi World had been peaceful for so long. No one wanted another war to break out without warning.
Hearing the question, Minato shook his head.
"I don't know either. Big Brother only told me to issue these orders. Ever since he stepped down, he's hardly involved himself in the village's affairs at all."
"This sudden order... All I can say is that everyone needs to take this seriously and be ready to defend Konoha at any moment!"
Minato was young, but his strength was among the best of the Kage Level ninja. With Torifu backing him, no one dared disobey him.
"Yes, Lord Hokage!"
Minato then gave Dan another order. "Director Dan, have every member of the Anbu patrol Konoha today. Search all unfamiliar, suspicious people. Detain anyone who seems problematic and report it."
Dan nodded. "Understood."
Next, Minato added a few more orders on top of Torifu's.
They were all precautions for the village's safety, along with a strict ban on outsiders entering Konoha today.
Although this order might affect how people in other countries viewed Konoha, he had no choice but to issue it.
