Background / History

Yun Ming became Shrek Academy's Sea God Pavilion Master and accepted Na'er as his disciple, teaching her without reservation and treating her as his own daughter. Her decision to leave Shrek devastated him; he later recognized that Shrek's “Shrek Supremacy” indoctrination had alienated her and that he had failed to provide proper psychological guidance. 137
