Background and Nature

Lu Feng awakened the Strongest Faction System after arriving in the Douluo Plane and gained the martial soul Arceus alongside a built-in Pokémon World. He prefers creating Pokémon through the Power of Creation rather than developing native soul masters, since Pokémon can gain levels through battle and training at a markedly faster pace. 1

Pokémon may be created by sacrificing soul-beast remains and reincarnating them as Pokémon Eggs. Their potential and growth rate are determined by the cultivation of the original soul beast; materials can include Hundred-Thousand-Year Soul Beasts and even divine-beast remains. 1

The Pokémon World contains starters, pseudo-legendaries, and other high-potential species. Its rules prevent permanent death: defeated Pokémon enter a self-protection state and can recover after receiving berries. 1

The Pokémon World is revealed to the Douluo Continent through the Heavenly Dao Ranking. Charizard's listing as an eight-year-old Level 83 Pokémon exposes its unusual growth system and triggers the first Heavenly Pride Arena Tournament. 3

Charizard defeats Yu Yuanzhen, a Level 95 Titled Douluo, by evading his lightning, stacking Dragon Dance, Mega Evolving into its X Form, and finishing with a claw strike, Seismic Toss, and Fire Blast. 6 7

The rescued civilians' gratitude becomes Power of Faith, which Ghost Pokémon redirect to Electrolux. The faith purifies and completes his soul, after which the Ghost Pokémon gather under him as the Necromancer God worshipped by Pokémon. 119
