Ame-no-Murakumo-no-Tsurugi had a proficiency cap of 10,000, making it a super ninjutsu. After that, when Sasuke checked its proficiency again, it directly displayed "Forbidden Jutsu" instead of a proficiency value.

"So a thousand means S-rank ninjutsu, five thousand means Forbidden Jutsu, and when a ninjutsu can't be strengthened any further, it displays its rank directly?"

After working out the logic, Sasuke began to think it over. Ame-no-Murakumo-no-Tsurugi was a Scorch Release technique, so its limit was naturally high—10,000. The Rasengan of Taiji, on the other hand, was an unfinished technique with no Nature Transformation, so being rated as an S-rank ninjutsu didn't seem unreasonable.

"Since it doesn't make much difference, I'll leave it at that!" Having sorted out his thoughts, Sasuke closed the panel and continued wandering around.

At his own home, Kakashi watched Sasuke stroll aimlessly through the streets and felt conflicted. Sasuke had already left the other two students in his class far behind, making him difficult to instruct. Having an overly gifted student wasn't always a good thing.

"Ninja exercise, obviously, is sparring, you idiot!" Feeling exasperated, Sasuke took out a kunai and tossed it to Naruto, then ran off ahead.

"Got it!"

Catching the kunai Sasuke had tossed him, Naruto quickly followed.
