The 382nd floor is Pamela's Plant Kingdom Control Center, which governs all the plants in the Emperor Tower. She also studies Krypton plants, demon plants, Yagalas plants, ancient Earth plants, and so on here, and collaborates with the demons of the Magic Academy to cultivate many plants with magical reactions.

Up to the 390th floor, the highest floor, is the residence of Ba Di, and the place where Raven and Pamela live every night.
