Endless Eight-Batman's Death (3)
The Bermuda Triangle.
Located in the western Atlantic Ocean between Bermuda Islands, the Florida Strait, and Puerto Rico Island Greater Antilles, this area is known for its mysterious events, chaotic magnetic fields, and malfunctioning electronic instruments.
In addition, Batman created an island device to shield himself, so even the numerous satellites in the sky and Hera's eyes could not detect this place.
On Nuo Yi Island, a very small island, nestled in a lush forest, stands a hunter's cabin. The wood is damp and fresh, clearly indicating that it is a newly built hunter's cabin.
The interior was extremely simple, with a Cosmic Treadmill, a few scattered wooden chairs and tables, and a bed, nothing else.
It swept past the ventilation window of the wooden house like a gust of wind.
Bruce, who was giving instructions to the Flash, suddenly stopped, feeling as if he were being watched. He frowned and turned to look out the window.
The night sky outside the window was originally clear and cloudless, but suddenly a chilling wind began to blow. A huge magnetic field reaction was generated, and huge dark clouds quickly gathered in the sky. Lightning bolts began to surge and condense on the dark clouds, flashing violent currents.
"This is not normal!"
Batman's face hardened, and he picked up the monitoring equipment from his waist. The readings showed that the magnetic field here was growing at an incredible rate, forming dark clouds that covered the entire island.
Their location is between 20° and 30° north latitude, in the Northern Tropical Zone.
The region is mainly controlled by tropical air masses throughout the year, with prevailing northeast trade winds.
It's currently summer and autumn, with many tropical hurricanes that frequently create water walls over 10 meters high. We often encounter waterspouts, which can suck seawater up to several thousand meters high. This kind of situation is normal.
It wasn't sudden; the clear night sky suddenly became overcast with dark clouds and lightning flashing overhead, bringing a heavy, oppressive atmosphere to the entire island.
It was as if a giant hand was controlling the weather, gathering dark clouds, generating electricity from the magnetic field, and terrifying thunder that exuded a horrifying aura.
"Barry, get on the treadmill, start now, run!!"
Batman's face tightened, and he shouted loudly at the Flash.
The weather was so abnormal that, despite the fact that no Ba Miu Luo Di employees were present, Batman concluded that they might have been discovered and were about to be attacked by the altered weather.
"Barry, do as we said, use time to cover him up! Let the world return to normal!"
Seeing Batman's tense expression, The Flash immediately felt nervous, his skin crawling with goosebumps.
"Bruce, what happened?"
As he asked the question, the Flash continued walking, stepping onto the Cosmic Treadmill.
The Cosmic Treadmill amplifies his Speed Force frequency, allowing him to forcibly break free from the time travel effects caused by Ba Di's presence.
This is their last chance.
A frantic, spinning sound echoed from inside the wooden cabin, accompanied by frequent bursts of yellow electric arcs.
The Cosmic Treadmill churned wildly, the Flash's figure flashing with intense yellow arcs of electricity, his legs swirling with phantom-like arcs of yellow electricity, frantically striking the dust in the air, creating a constant crackling sound.
'Crackling'
The yellow arc of electricity that spread out struck Batman's exposed lower face in an instant, his beard emitted a burnt smell, and his pores suddenly felt a sharp pain from the stimulation.
Suddenly, intense, blinding yellow arcs of electricity erupted from the windows of the wooden house.
"Barry, it's all up to you!"
Batman spoke softly, glancing at the Flash on the Cosmic Treadmill. Yellow arcs of electricity spread and intertwined throughout the room, like twisted little snakes, and like the arcs of an arc lamp, the crazy arcs of electricity were spreading.
Batman's face hardened, and he leaped out of the window, tumbling to the ground to dissipate the impact. He then got up and looked up at the sky.
The dark clouds in the sky grew increasingly terrifying, blotting out the sun and plunging the environment into darkness. A cold wind howled, and a terrifying Razer snake slithered about, its flash reflecting Batman's cold, stern expression.
Suddenly, in the next instant, nearly eighteen Magnetic Bat Dart were flung from Batman's hand and flew into the distant sky.
Countless lightning bolts, baring their fangs and claws, flickered in the dark environment.
Boom! Boom!
Lightning flashed, and the raging dark clouds surged. Bolts burst forth, striking the Bat Dart one after another, knocking Batman down.
Batman's heart sank, and with a somber expression, he threw all the objects capable of attracting electromagnetic waves from his body into the sky.
The continuous thunderous explosions struck down from the sky, emitting a burnt smell.
In the end, Batman no longer had any bat-shaped objects that he could throw.
He stood in the cold wind, dressed in a Batman suit, his cape billowing, and in the darkness, lightning flashed across his resolute and composed face.
A cold wind howled wildly, whipping the dark bat-patterned cloak into flight.
The rustling leaves seemed to be a funeral procession, mourning the heroes who fought back in their final act.
Batman glanced back one last time at the yellow arcs of electricity shooting out from the cabin.
Then, he pressed the device on his belt, setting himself up as a powerful magnetic field aggregate, attracting lightning rods, and left the cabin, running frantically away into the distance.
In an instant, the lightning in the sky surged wildly, countless bolts of lightning converging into ten thousand lightning snakes that burst forth toward Batman and the cabin. Then the lightning spun around, gathering into a huge, flashing current that chased after Batman's back and struck him.
The electric current, converging with thousands of bolts of lightning, instantly reached temperatures exceeding one million degrees Celsius, melting Batman's armor in a single strike. The explosion produced a tremendous sound, and his body was charred black by the lightning. He abruptly knelt down from his run, his charred corpse, emitting a foul stench, collapsing to the ground with a 'bang' amidst the flashes of lightning.
Batman is dead.
"Ah..."
Inside the cabin, a tremendous sound of pain suddenly rang out. The Flash, who was frantically squeezing every cell in his body on the Cosmic Treadmill, was in tears, and yellow arcs of electricity were shooting wildly from every cell and pore of his body.
After Batman was struck dead by a barrage of lightning, in the next instant, countless bolts of lightning, baring their fangs and claws, struck down on the wooden house from the dark clouds, illuminating the world in a ghastly white light.
'Bang...'
A tremendous explosion rang out, sending air waves rippling outwards and reverberating towards the ocean.
The wooden house was torn apart by lightning, exposing a raging yellow arc of electricity, like the body of a tender child fighting against an adult, an unwilling struggle.
In the instant the wooden house was torn apart, a burst of yellow electric light erupted with an intensity greater than ever before.
'Boom!'
The lightning tore through the yellow arc of electricity, and the Flash vanished from the Cosmic Treadmill the instant it struck.
The entire Cosmic Treadmill exploded amidst the thunder, bursting into flames, smashing the wooden house away, and blasting a charred crater in its place, with flames flickering on the surrounding withered leaves.
The thunder in the sky quickly dissipated, and the night sky returned to its clear state.
South Pole Earth Core Plaza.
Ba Di slowly opened his merciless eyes.
