Please Don't...
Metropolis, South.
This is already within the city, in the Perantas District in the south, a thriving entertainment area and a major feature of the southern part of the Metropolis.
This place boasts some of the Metropolis's top entertainment options, including Disney Park, Ocean Park, a thriving gambling industry and shows, the world-class Cirque du Soleil based here, exquisite five-star dining, art exhibitions and cultural performances, making it a renowned Metropolis area that blends happiness and art.
At the same time, this is also the area of Tobias Whale's Organization One Hundred, the southern part of this Metropolis, where he controls numerous black businesses, underground casinos, shows, nightclubs, drugs, and arms.
Even some world-renowned entertainment companies have to pay a hefty security fee to establish themselves here, otherwise it wouldn't be good if people kept throwing feces and urine at your company. We are all civilized people, business people, and capitalists, so it's better to make money together.
Even if a powerful dragon can suppress a local snake, it won't have an easy time.
Organization One Hundred, which has been rooted in the southern region of the Metropolis for decades, certainly has that power.
Tobias Whale is now working for Ba Di.
In every sense, Ba Di is already the king of this region, capable of easily making it impossible for any major international company to survive here.
Of course, this area will soon be managed differently, as Ba Di will soon consolidate all of Tobias Whale's power and lay out his strategic plans for the future in Metropolis.
Morning.
The sunlight, scattering golden rays, leaped out from the distant horizon.
A slightly cool breeze, typical of late autumn, swept through the morning, brushing against his skin, gliding smoothly over his body, and grazing Ba Di pores.
This entertainment area was particularly quiet this morning. A late autumn wind blew by, and early risers wrapped themselves tightly in their trench coats, tucking their necks inside, as they stepped over the withered yellow leaves. There were also weary people who had enjoyed a night of fun, yawning and shaking off the goosebumps from the cold wind as they walked down the street, shivering and squinting.
It was quiet and cool, with withered leaves, weary pedestrians, and a peaceful atmosphere.
Golden sunlight leaped from the horizon, piercing the pale sky with golden light, and the white clouds were gradually tinged with gold.
The White Emperor's face was serene, neither indifferent nor saddened.
It is just a kind of tranquility and serenity that comes after experiencing vicissitudes, like a calm surface of water that is not even disturbed.
It's a very enjoyable, comfortable, and peaceful state.
When the sunlight shines on his body, the golden light seems to seep into his body, creating a beauty like a carving of white jade. The lines and muscles are perfectly proportioned, and his body is smooth yet majestic. It always makes people admire and become mesmerized. This is already a work of art, a perfect work of art.
He blinked, then slowly opened his eyes, golden light shining into them.
A faint halo appeared around his body, as if a god was radiating light.
The activity of his body's cells, greedily absorbing the sunlight's energy, stirred a slight ripple in his heart, disrupting his previous calm, causing ripples to spread across the surface of his mind.
A delicate silver-white ring danced on Ba Di's right finger. His fingers moved slowly and nimbly, as if playing a mournful tune. The ring, cool against his skin, glided across his finger and shimmered in the sunlight, as if tiny sprites were dancing on his finger.
His eyes were lost in deep thought, the sunlight outlining his profile, his face sculpted like a work of art, and under the slanting light, he seemed to become a timelessly beautiful picture of contemplation.
Jenny's actions were unexpected to him. He hadn't anticipated that, after going through so much, Jenny would be able to deceive General Vick to keep her identity a secret.
Destruction General Vick.
Even looking back on all of this, Ba Di saw a lot.
Jenny didn't want to make Slade a Death Knell; it was about the gap between herself and Slack.
This power gap is between Earthlings and extraterrestrials.
Perhaps Jenny harbors feelings of inferiority, or perhaps Jenny is overly afraid of losing herself, or perhaps Jenny unpredictable psychological state and thoughts about herself are causing her to break down.
She was not confident in guessing or understanding Ba Di's thoughts.
She didn't know if Ba Di had truly deceived her, used her, or abandoned her.
Even though the image of Ba Di pointing a gun at her on the Negative First Floor of the Underground Research Institute kept echoing in her mind, that moment of despair.
Even so, she ultimately chose to help Ba Di and guide General Vick to keep Ba Di's identity a secret.
They produced serum to get close to Ba Di.
It is a desire to have more Ba Di, to be closer to Ba Di, and to love Ba Di in a normal way.
She also knew that Ba Di would gradually grow stronger by constantly basking in the sun.
She wanted to have power, and embraced Ba Di with a strong body.
There was just a small mistake.
Death Knell possesses a powerful Desire to survive; he gained power and is also in human form.
Jenny possessed a powerful obsession and Desire, which granted her power, but unfortunately, she became a monster.
A monster that is constantly growing stronger and suffering, requiring constant perseverance.
The monster will collapse and explode the moment you relax your mind and let go of everything.
All of this stems from...
"You want to hug me!"
Ba Di muttered something to himself.
He lost a great helper; Jenny's talent in biology was undeniable.
He lost a good lover, someone who could consistently help him.
A person who is always loyal to themselves.
The lover who finally succumbed to the pain.
Ba Di could still hear Jenny's broken words echoing in his ears.
"I... I'm in so much... pain!"
Yes!
The mental and physical pain made it impossible for her to continue.
The ring that had been jumping between Ba Di's right fingers stopped and fell from between his fingers. He clenched his fist and held the ring in his palm.
A glint flashed in his eyes.
In the sunlight, his sharply sculpted face was resolute, gleaming with a halo.
The next city to be deployed.
Choose... Central City!
After knocking on the hotel room door several times, a young female hotel employee who had brought breakfast opened the door and pushed the food cart into the room.
She looked around the luxurious room and, as expected, didn't see anyone.
I walked straight to the familiar open window on the balcony. The expensive, soft, dark red carpet was covered with the shadows cast by the sunlight through the curtains, which were swaying in the breeze.
She turned her head and saw that, under the sunlight, Ba Di's body shimmered with a halo of white jade carvings, making him look like a work of art.
Her brows were furrowed with anger, and she forced a smile, trying to maintain the professional demeanor of a service worker, as she spoke.
"Sir, please do not lie naked on the roof."
