Background

Bizhang was selected by Bajie, the Taihuan Token Envoy, as the first Desolate Beast for Jiang Yao's Nine Transformations of the Desolate God. Its inherent power was particularly compatible with the Primal Universe's foundational laws, while its hatchlings were comparatively weak enough for Jiang Yao to begin cultivating with its origin blood essence. 21

Before receiving the transformation, Jiang Yao had to visualize Bizhang's image within his soul. The act nearly overwhelmed him; he could only complete it because Xu Yuan Opening had already transformed his will and soul. Bajie then had him present the image as a previously unknown Lingtong bloodline divine ability. 19 20

Jiang Yao's first transformation took place on an uninhabited planet. Bizhang's hunger and ferocity nearly consumed Jiang Yao's consciousness, and its emergence destroyed the planet's restraints and turned the surface into a sea of magma. Jiang Yao ultimately used the Sealing Chapter of Xu Yuan Opening to seal the beast's will and return to human form. 21 22

The sealed will remained both a source of power and a lethal liability. Even a small release remodeled Jiang Yao's body, repaired prior damage to his potential, doubled his genetic level, and improved his affinity with the Origin Laws; however, the will continually sought to seize his body and feed. 24 29 31

After the Xu Yuan Space reached its third level, Jiang Yao used it to erase Bizhang's self-consciousness. He then implanted a split portion of his own soul into the remaining will, creating the Bizhang soul clone. The clone was initially only a will-avatar and required a physical carrier to become a complete independent clone. 118

Appearance

Bizhang resembles a colossal divine bird, described as crane-like but unlike any ordinary crane. Its form is marked by intense Fire and Light Origin Law fluctuations. 80 114

Personality

Bizhang's original will was overwhelmingly ferocious, hungry, and hostile. It instinctively sought food, attempted to dominate Jiang Yao's body, and retaliated violently whenever sealed or pulled away from prey. 24 29 77

After its self-consciousness was erased, the Bizhang split soul became an extension of Jiang Yao rather than an independent hostile entity. It cultivates the Path of the Beast God and analyzes its own innate fusion-law instincts, while Jiang Yao's human soul focuses on the Space-Time Law. 118 125
