Uchiha Madara frowned.
Natsuki had arrived so quickly because of his space-time ninjutsu.
But how had he known in time that Konan was in danger?
Clearly, the two had some special means of staying in contact.
Uchiha Madara recalled how Natsuki had also arrived promptly when Taiseki and the others from Iwagakure attacked Amegakure's main camp.
Yahiko, Konan, and Nagato most likely all had access to this special means of communication.
At that thought, Uchiha Madara suddenly felt at a loss.
Unless he killed Natsuki, he could not kill Konan or Yahiko either. Unless he could kill them instantly.
But Yahiko could come back from the dead.
"Lord Madara."
Something suddenly occurred to White Zetsu. "The thousand reinforcements sent by Iwagakure include Roshi, the Four-Tails' jinchūriki."
Uchiha Madara raised an eyebrow.
His first thought was whether Roshi could kill Natsuki.
But Natsuki's earlier sword strike had left a deep impression on him.
Roshi alone probably could not kill him.
Uchiha Madara pondered this.
This was already his best opportunity to kill Natsuki.
As long as Natsuki lived, he could not put his plan into motion.
Besides, killing him would actually be more useful than killing Yahiko and Konan. After all, he was Nagato's teacher, and their bond was deep.
What if I added a shadow clone?

He could create a shadow clone with a larger share of chakra.
On top of that, he could bring in White Zetsu.
The vast majority of White Zetsu had little combat ability and could only gather intelligence.
But there were exceptions.

In the original story, after attaching himself to Yamato,
