Professor Sylph had taken his Card Case because she actually wanted to check whether it contained any Magitech Cards similar to "Demon King Amster."
However, after going through every Magitech Card, she found no "Demon King."
The highest-starred Magitech Card in the Card Case was a nine-star Vampire Marquis—"Vampire Constantine"!
To everyone present, a nine-star Magic Spirit was not really much.
But if they continued extrapolating from Dark's theory, they would discover that this was actually something extremely terrifying!
If the "Second Consciousness" was the resurrected Demon King, then it had resurrected within Victor Gaude's body during last year's Christmas.
It was still unknown just how mentally impaired it was, but its memories were certainly incomplete.
Perhaps Victor's memories still held the dominant position.
But if that was the case, then the learning ability of that "Second Consciousness" was especially terrifying.
From last Christmas to this year, in less than a year, the "Second Consciousness" had already learned to create a nine-star Magitech Card!
That ability and talent alone proved it worthy of being called the most difficult Demon King to deal with in history.
Fortunately, they had discovered it in time.
If it were given more time to learn, it would inevitably become a major threat.
In this era of rapidly advancing magitech, more and more magicians had become unable to restrain themselves.
