Passing through the entrance hall, the group entered a long, narrow corridor.
There were no stone walls on either side of the corridor. Instead, countless enormous mirrors stood there.
These mirrors were not ordinary glass. Their surfaces flowed with a mercury-like sheen, reflecting the group's images.
The reflections were terrifyingly clear—down to the slightest flutter of an eyelash.
Lin Mu stopped.
The panel displayed the mirrors' name.
[Mirror of Replication].
Click.
Click.
A neat rhythm of footsteps came from inside the mirrors.
The once-smooth surfaces suddenly rippled.
Feet encased in crystalline armor stepped out from the mirrors one after another.
Thousands of guards wielding longswords emerged from the mirrors lining both sides of the corridor.
They had no facial features, their faces smooth sheets of crystal.
But the instant they saw Elvira—
Their faces began to squirm in an eerie fashion.
Features surfaced.
Brows and eyes, nose bridges, lips—even the steadfastness in their gazes had been perfectly replicated.
Thousands of "Elviras" stood along both sides of the corridor. The crystal longswords in their hands flared brightly, transforming into Swords of Light and Shadow identical to the genuine one.

"For order."
Thousands of "Elviras" spoke at once.
Their overlapping voices echoed through the hall, carrying a cold metallic quality.
The next second—
Thousands of holy light slashes came crashing down like a storm.
"Protect the master!"
The real Elvira shouted sharply. Her wings shuddered behind her, and she shot forward in a streak of light.
Clang clang clang!
A dense barrage of metallic impacts rang through the corridor.
Elvira's sword flashed like lightning, each swing taking the head of a Copy.
But there were simply too many Copies.
And they wielded swordsmanship exactly identical to Elvira's.
