King Ba Dodeshinai watched the distant Goa Empire fleet through his binoculars, a cruel smile spreading across his face.
"Minister of the Left, send Germa 66's mercenaries in first! They took our money, so they'd better earn it!"
"Minister of the Right, send the Sasba Kingdom fleet forward and cut off the Goa Fleet's escape!"
King Ba Dodeshinai's eyes gleamed cunningly. He planned to use Germa 66 and the Sasba Kingdom's forces to wear down the Goa Empire.
He would be the last one standing.
That arrogant Vinsmoke Niji refused to call in another of their strongest modified humans, even when offered more money.
He really didn't know what was good for him.
Hopefully he could actually kill Wang Shi. Otherwise...
King Ba Dodeshinai knew that Wang Shi, the man known as the King of Exile, was surely no ordinary opponent.
He was a little worried Niji might fail.

Van Augur, seated atop the main mast, spotted the blue figure flying toward them.

Without hesitation, Van Augur fired three shots at the blue figure with Senriku.
He saw all three shots hit their mark, but the figure only paused for half a second before continuing its attack.
"What a powerful Raid Suit! What a tough body! No wonder it's the strongest weapon of the Overlord of the North Blue."
Van Augur's expression turned grave when he saw that his sniping had no effect.
That meant even his strongest technique was useless against this modified human.
"Take this, my Sonic Cannon!"
El Drago quickly charged up and blasted the blue figure.
Eric also prepared his strongest Wind Blade!
"It's Niji! They really came!!"
When Sanji saw that familiar figure, he was reminded of the abuse he'd suffered as a child. His hands began to tremble.
Though Niji, like him, had grown much older, Sanji would never forget his cold-blooded brothers.

Sanji was panicking. He was truly afraid Niji would kill Wang Shi and all his men.

Wang Shi answered calmly as El Drago's Laser Sound Wave Cannon blasted toward Niji.

Niji wasn't the least bit afraid when he saw the golden energy wave.
It wasn't even as strong as Ichiji's flame shockwave. How could it possibly break through his body, the strongest of them all?

Niji's Electric Shock Fist pushed straight through El Drago's Sonic Cannon as he charged forward, scattering countless golden sparks.
El Drago's eyes bulged. This was the first time he'd ever seen anyone take his Sonic Cannon head-on.
It seemed even His Majesty Wang Shi had never tried to take his Sonic Cannon head-on.

"They're no match for Niji!"
Sanji watched Niji draw closer and completely lost his nerve.
Now he could only place his hopes in Wang Shi.
