Invasion of the Sky Island

Over three hundred years ago, a portion of Shandora on Jaya Island was carried by a massive Knock-Up Stream to the White White Sea, landing right beside Angel Island, the home of the original Sky Island inhabitants.

The Sky Islanders, who had never seen soil or greenery, were immediately captivated by this island. They invaded it, engaged in battle with the original inhabitants of Jaya, and ultimately emerged victorious.

They named this island the "God's Island," Upper Yard, and merged it with Angel Island to establish a new nation, God's Kingdom, while the original inhabitants of Jaya were driven away and forced to hide in the corners of the island.

Later, these people became the future Shandian, and these exiled Shandian fought a war against the Sky Islanders for over three hundred years, aiming to reclaim their homeland and ring the Golden Belfry once more to fulfill their promise to Noland.

Years of struggle caused the Shandian population to dwindle, forcing them into guerrilla warfare to harass the Angel Islanders, though they eventually learned to use various Dials for combat.

The situation between the two races maintained a relative stalemate, but the Shandian population remained their greatest weakness, preventing them from reclaiming the island for four hundred years.

It wasn't until the arrival of Enel that the Shandian's plight worsened, with death tolls climbing and their survival becoming increasingly precarious.

"The Dial culture of this Sky Island is quite potent, so be careful!"

Brook began to educate his crew on the capabilities and power of the various Dials.

"Doesn't that basically make them equivalent to a Devil Fruit user's ability?"

Upon hearing about the Reject Dial, Impact Dial, Flame Dial, Water Dial, and Slash Dial, Shakky suddenly wanted some to use as weapons.

Silvers, the sniper, expressed great interest in the Laser Dial; the combination of blinding effects and his own marksmanship would be a perfect match.

The weakling Antonio wondered if the Water Dial could be used against ability users, and if the Flame Dial could spray fire, wouldn't that make him stronger?

Even Fish-Man Tom was full of ambition. Brook had given him an ancient shipbuilding blueprint to study a few days ago; although he couldn't read most of the text, he could decipher some of the diagrams.

These blueprints opened his eyes, and he felt he could incorporate many powerful designs into their pirate ship.

As the Yomi arrived at Angel Island, they saw many of the native Angel Islanders. They wore hair-braided headpieces that resembled antennae, and the wings on their backs were not natural, but rather long-worn feather-shaped ornaments.

The Angel Islanders watched as the strange ship appeared on the shore of Angel Island. A unit of Beret Police rushed over, eyeing Brook and his "tourists" from the Blue Sea to prevent any misconduct.

In the palace on the God's Island, "Upper Yard," a gaunt man in armor sat upon the throne. He was the current God of God's Kingdom, Gan Fumo, and his son, Gan Fall, was twelve years old this year.

"Fall, why hasn't your Mantra awakened yet? Have you been slacking off? Mantra is a divine skill that our clan must master!"

In the past, every generation of God was a powerhouse who had mastered Mantra, capable of predicting the enemy's moves and keeping everything under control. However, young Gan Fall possessed a kind heart but lacked the corresponding strength.

It was difficult for him to pass the position of God to his son, as every generation of God had to resist the invasions of the strongest Shandian warriors to protect the safety of God's Kingdom.

A God without strength would drag the Angel race into the abyss; if they were defeated by the Shandian, the consequences would be unimaginable!

"Father, why can't we coexist peacefully with the Shandian and live together on Upper Yard?"

Gan Fumo stroked his son's head, sighing. He, too, wished to end the centuries of conflict, but every generation of Shandian produced a powerful warrior capable of rivaling the God.

If not for the small population of the Shandian, the Angel Islanders would not have been able to suppress them for over three hundred years.

"I understand. I will work hard to cultivate and become the strongest, to completely resolve the grievances between our two races and finally coexist in peace, so that God's Kingdom may know no more strife!"

Gan Fall was suddenly filled with drive, training hard for the sake of peace!

On the other side, the Yomi docked at the shore of Angel Island, and Brook's crew went ashore. Their overwhelming presence made the Beret Police feel as if they were walking on thin ice, causing them to scramble back in panic!

"Take us to see your God!"

Brook unleashed his aura, sending the Angel Islanders fleeing in a panic back to their homes.

"Enemy invasion! They aren't tourists! Quickly, notify God!"

The Beret Police shouted, now pinning all their hopes on their strongest God to sanction these detestable criminals.

Brook intended to beat their God into submission and force him under his rule. In the original story, Gan Fall had chosen to abdicate when faced with the powerful Enel to protect his people!

In the palace on the God's Island, "Upper Yard," Gan Fumo received the alert from the Beret Police and immediately grabbed his Flame Dial Heat Gun, rushing down toward Angel Island.

"Captain Brook, why not let me handle this so-called 'God'?"

Redfield was brimming with fighting spirit. Now that he had the training method for two types of Haki, his strength had undergone a qualitative leap, his combat power rivaling Brook's!

"This time, we will beat this 'God' into submission all at once, letting him know that we are an opponent they can never defeat. Only then will he obediently submit to our feet for the sake of everyone's safety!"
