In the Land of Demons, Miroku and the assembled ninja prepared for the attack, and Nara Shikamaru proposed luring Moryo to the volcano and trapping him while Miroku recovered.

• Moryo told Dream Organization that Miroku would give birth in half a month and planned to retrieve his body from the Land of Swamps before attacking the Land of Demons.
• Alucard and Black Zetsu agreed to help Moryo, and Jashin and Evil Spirit also offered their support.
• Miroku met with Kari, Nara Shikaku, Kisame Hoshigaki, and the other ninja guarding the Land of Demons, explaining that her power would weaken around childbirth.

Kisame Hoshigaki used Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave to overwhelm the Yomi Cult, while Alucard secretly tested Konoha’s intentions and then freed the cult members to keep Moryo’s assault moving. Alucard revealed to Kisame that he was controlling the Demon Eye and instructed him to stage their fight as a show.

• Kisame Hoshigaki flooded the area around Mount Fengmo and trapped more than a hundred Yomi Cult members in a massive Water Prison.
• Nara Shikaku warned Kisame not to let Samehada absorb the ominous chakra, and Alucard concluded from the warning that Konoha had its own intentions.
• Moryo charged at Kisame, but Alucard cut open the Water Prison with the Kamui Sharingan in his palm, letting the surviving cult members escape.
• Moryo led the diminished Yomi Cult force toward Mount Fengmo while Alucard fought Kisame to cover their advance.
• Alucard used the Demon Eye to reveal his control to Kisame and told him to pretend they were fighting.

Moryo led his empowered Yomi Cultists toward Mount Fengmo while Kitsuchi and the others struggled to hold them back. He entered the mountain to reclaim his body, only to be trapped by Konoha’s seal, and summoned the Ghost Army.

• Moryo infused the Yomi Cultists with energy, strengthening them as they attacked Kitsuchi and the Iwagakure reinforcements.
• Kitsuchi used an Earth Style technique to create an armored clay giant that battled a rock-armored cultist, while Hikō and the others fought the remaining enemies.
• Nara Shikaku and Hyuga Sōki intercepted most of the cultists, but Moryo and fewer than ten of his followers entered Mount Fengmo.
• After Moryo entered the mountain, Shikamaru and Shikaku activated sealing scrolls, and Konoha’s other teams raised a purple barrier around Mount Fengmo.
• Moryo found an unfamiliar seal blocking access to his body and failed to break through the barrier.

Moryo chose to break the seal on his original body before attempting to escape Mount Fengmo, while the Ghost Army marched from the Land of Demons toward him. Shrine Maiden Miroku ordered civilians evacuated and departed for the Land of Swamps with shinobi from Cloud Village and Sunagakure, leaving her newborn daughter Shion with Taruho.

• Alucard returned to the cliff after knocking Kisame back, and Jashin and the Evil Spirit claimed the barrier around Mount Fengmo was Moryo’s protection.
• Kisame told Nara Shikaku that Alucard was far stronger than him, leaving the gathered shinobi wary of the unknown enemy.

Miroku and the others reached the Land of Swamps as Moryo escaped his seal and sent the Ghost Army toward them. The ninjas slowed the army, but its overwhelming numbers left Kitsuchi preparing to ask Kisame for help.

• Moryo broke through the seal and entered the Otherworld where his body was trapped.
• Hyuga Sōki spotted the approaching Ghost Army and warned the others that Miroku was being pursued.
• Nara Shikaku sent Akimichi Taishoku to assist Miroku and asked Kitsuchi and Kisame to slow the Stone Statues.
• Akimichi Taishoku knocked aside a row of Stone Statues while Kisame and Kitsuchi trapped others, but the army quickly overwhelmed their obstacles.
• Kitsuchi accepted an Iwagakure ninja's proposal to seek Kisame's help with a technique to contain the Stone Statues.

The Evil Spirit attacked Miroku and the others to keep her from reaching Moryo, but the Konoha and Iwagakure ninjas fought back. Nara Shikaku caught the airborne Evil Spirit with a shadow technique, leaving him to fall toward the ground.

• Jashin and the Evil Spirit persuaded Alucard to stop Miroku from reaching Moryo, and Alucard agreed.
• The Evil Spirit swooped toward Miroku's group, prompting Iwagakure and Konoha's ninjas to raise defenses and attack him.
• Uzumaki Kushina reacted furiously to the Evil Spirit's connection to Kusagakure's disappearance, but Nara Shikaku calmed her and promised to help find Jiraiya and Minato.
• The ninjas' attacks failed to hit the Evil Spirit because he read their thoughts and dodged in advance, while his feather spikes wounded them.

Evil Spirit nearly fell into Uzumaki Kushina’s sealing chains, but Alucard intervened and saved him. Meanwhile, Moryo reclaimed his body, erupted from Mount Fengmo, and broke the barrier as he announced his return.

• Nara Shikaku restrained Evil Spirit with the Shadow Possession Technique while Uzumaki Kushina sent her Adamantine Sealing Chains toward him.
• Alucard severed the chains with Kamui and stopped Kushina’s attack, rescuing Evil Spirit.
• Nara Shikaku demanded to know who Alucard and Evil Spirit were as Miroku sensed that Moryo had reclaimed his body.
• Moryo caused Mount Fengmo to explode and shattered the purple barrier with torrents of lava.
• Moryo emerged from the lava and declared that his king had returned.

Kisame used a wall of mist to help Miroku and the others escape, while Uzumaki Kushina and Kitsuchi stayed behind to hold off Moryo. Moryo pursued the retreating group, and Kitsuchi launched a massive earth-based attack to stop him.

• Moryo unleashed magma, and Kisame countered with a tidal wave that cooled it into rock and filled the area with mist.
• Kisame expanded the mist with the Hidden Mist Technique and called for someone to stay behind and delay the enemy.
• Uzumaki Kushina volunteered to cover the retreat, and Kitsuchi agreed to stay with her after entrusting Hikō with protecting Miroku.
• Alucard and the others watched from the cliff as Moryo emerged from the magma transformed and demanded to know where the Shrine Maiden was.

Meanwhile, Nara Shikaku concluded that the other members of the Dream Organization were unlikely to pursue them and proposed a way to deal with the Ghost Army.

• Kitsuchi and Uzumaki Kushina held off Moryo and the Ghost Army while the Shrine Maiden’s group escaped.
• Uzumaki Kushina used Contract Seal: Release on a Stone Statue, immobilizing it and severing Moryo’s link to the Ghost Army.

Araki warned that Seimei might be an ultimate weapon rather than an ordinary person, so the method might not work on anyone else.

• Oyashiro En visited Araki to discuss Mist Village’s campaign to infiltrate and control island nations.
• Oyashiro En revealed that the Land of Artisans’ craftsmen were preparing to revive their ancestor, Seimei.
• Araki recognized the name Seimei and questioned whether the Land of Artisans’ powerful-sounding Four Celestial Symbols could challenge the Anbu.
• Oyashiro En admitted he hoped to obtain the resurrection technique to revive his wife and asked Araki to persuade the Mizukage to delay the attack.
• Araki warned Oyashiro En that Seimei might be an ultimate weapon, making the resurrection method unsuitable for reviving ordinary people.

Araki and Oyashiro En discussed how to accelerate the plan to resurrect Seimei while bringing the Land of Artisans under Kirigakure’s control. In the Land of Artisans, Ryugan Sanzoku gathered three other heirs, and the next day all four legendary ninja tools and heirs disappeared.

• Oyashiro En told Araki that the Four Grandmaster Families’ heirs wanted to gather Seimei’s four legendary ninja tools and use powerful chakra to resurrect him, but their elders had imprisoned them.
• Araki rejected waiting for the heirs to inherit their families and advised approaching the Land of Artisans openly, while linking the resurrection plan to bringing the country under Kirigakure’s control.
• Ryugan Sanzoku saw red, slit-shaped pupils in the stream and later noticed a flash of red while looking at the Dragon Eye Telescopic Sword.
• Ryugan Sanzoku summoned Kujaku Rei, Mugenmon Satoru, and Kokko Nao, telling them that something concerned the future of the Land of Artisans.
• The next day, the Four Grandmaster Families discovered that their ancestral ninja tools and their heirs had disappeared.

Kitsuchi and Uzumaki Kushina lured Moryo and the Ghost Army into Iwagakure’s Death Swamp, where Ōnoki and the Iwa shinobi sprang an ambush. As the swamp swallowed the Stone Statues and Ōnoki battled Moryo, Moryo called on Alucard and Zetsu for help.

• Kitsuchi and Uzumaki Kushina escaped Moryo’s attacks and led him into the Death Swamp.
• Alucard, Jashin, Evil Spirit, and Black Zetsu watched Moryo pursue them and remarked that he was being stalled.
• Ōnoki arrived with Iwa Anbu, sealed the Ghost Army’s retreat, and attacked Moryo with Dust Release.
• Iwa shinobi used Swamp of the Underworld to drag the Ghost Army’s Stone Statues into the mud.
• Moryo’s attacks failed against Ōnoki and Deidara, so he called Alucard and Zetsu to help.

Black Zetsu convinced Alucard, Jashin, and the Evil Spirit to help Moryo and reveal the [Dream Organization] to the world. They arrived before Ōnoki and the other ninjas, then declared themselves gods.

• Ōnoki retreated when Moryo called for Alucard and Zetsu, while Nara Shikaku and the others feared who might answer.
• Black Zetsu argued that the Otsutsuki clan had either left the planet or died and urged the group to restore the ancient faith to regain their strength.
• Jashin and the Evil Spirit agreed with Black Zetsu that the group should announce its existence to the world.
• Hyuga Sōki sensed four approaching auras, and Alucard arrived carrying Black Zetsu alongside Jashin and the Evil Spirit.
• Ōnoki demanded to know who they were, and Alucard and the others unleashed their power and declared, “We are gods!”

Alucard and the other supposed gods demanded ninety-nine percent of the Five Nations’ authority, but Ōnoki redirected the decision to Konoha and Nara Shikaku pushed for a Five Kage Summit. The summit was set for seven days later in the Land of Iron, while Moryo left without capturing Miroku.

• Jashin and Alucard declared themselves immortal gods and demanded ninety-nine percent of the Five Nations’ authority.
• Ōnoki avoided agreeing outright and insisted that Konoha should decide the future of the Five Great Nations.
• Nara Shikaku rejected Konoha’s authority over the Land of Earth and proposed a Five Kage Summit to decide the matter together.
• Ōnoki and Nara Shikaku agreed to hold the summit in the Land of Iron seven days later.
• Alucard and the other two flew away, and Moryo left after failing to seize the Shrine Maiden Miroku.

After the Dream Organization escaped the Land of Earth, Black Zetsu proposed choosing a leader by strength, and Moryo and Evil Spirit fought over the position. Alucard defeated Moryo by sending part of his body into the Kamui Dimension and demanded that Moryo acknowledge him as leader.

• Ōnoki asked Kitsuchi, Nara Shikaku, and the others to explain the Dream Organization after its members left, and Shrine Maiden Miroku stepped forward to answer.
• Moryo berated Black Zetsu and Alucard for failing to capture the Shrine Maiden, but Black Zetsu persuaded him to wait until the Five Kage Summit in seven days.
• Black Zetsu proposed choosing a leader, and Moryo argued that strength should decide who became boss.
• Evil Spirit attacked Moryo, who countered with magma and then unleashed Meteor Volcano, nearly catching the onlooking Alucard, Black Zetsu, and Jashin.

• Moryo refused to become second-in-command, but Alucard restrained him with Baskerville and knocked him unconscious with his Mangekyou Sharingan.
• Alucard demanded the Evil Spirit’s submission, and the Evil Spirit surrendered; Black Zetsu also agreed to submit.
• Jashin challenged Alucard for the leadership, attacking him with Seeds of Curse and discovering Alucard’s bats had no souls to extract.
• Jashin charged Alucard, but Alucard’s Kamui Sharingan created a spatial vortex that made Jashin retreat and concede.

The Five Great Nations prepared for a summit after learning that the Dream Organization sought to rule the world, while Obito planned to prevent the Third Raikage from attending. In Konoha, Orochimaru plotted to use the truce to assassinate Hanzo, and Araki revealed to Yagura that he had a spy in Dream.

• Black Zetsu told Obito that the Third Raikage had to attend the Five Kage Summit, then suggested a way for Obito to continue taking revenge on Kumogakure.
• Orochimaru praised Nara Shikaku for helping arrange the summit and proposed that he, Tsunade, and Jiraiya assassinate Hanzo after a truce was reached.
• The Third Kazekage accepted Aburame Shibi's proposal for a truce between Sunagakure and Konoha until the summit ended.

General Mifune learned that the Five Kage planned to gather in the Land of Iron to confront a common enemy, and he prepared the country for the summit. Three days later, the advance teams arrived with Shrine Maiden Miroku, leaving Mifune to seek her guidance while Okisuke escorted the shinobi.

• Mifune told Okisuke and Tōshirō that the Tsuchikage had requested a Five Kage Summit and revealed that the Kage would unite against a common enemy.
• Mifune ordered Okisuke to receive the incoming shinobi and gather information, while Tōshirō prepared the summit venue and increased patrols.
• Three days later, Mifune welcomed Shrine Maiden Miroku and asked to speak with her privately.
• Okisuke escorted the advance teams, including Uzumaki Kushina, Kisame Hoshigaki, and Hikō, but the tired shinobi gave him little chance to gather intelligence.

Araki, Karatachi Yagura, and Oyashiro En struggled through the Land of Iron’s deep snow before discovering that some Water Release jutsu could become Ice Release in the freezing weather. They rode Yagura’s transformed Water Dragon Bullet across the snowy fields.

• Araki complained about trudging through the snow and regretted bringing Oyashiro En instead of Luo Bing.
• Araki suggested that the cold might turn Water Release into Ice Release, and Karatachi Yagura tested Water Fang Bullet without success.
• Araki discovered that Water Whip became an ice projectile, prompting Yagura to test his Water Release jutsu and identify several that transformed.
• Araki asked Yagura to make a dragon for them to ride, and Yagura summoned a Water Dragon Bullet that turned into an Ice Dragon Bullet.
• Araki, Yagura, and Oyashiro En climbed aboard the ice dragon and traveled across the snowy fields.

Obito Uchiha and Black Zetsu arranged to frame Konoha by manipulating the Third Raikage during his journey with Araki and the others. The Third Raikage attacked Karatachi Yagura aboard the Ice Dragon, leaving the group facing a sudden betrayal.

• Obito Uchiha and Black Zetsu followed the Third Raikage, A, and Killer B and chose the approaching Kirigakure team as targets for their plan.
• Araki, Karatachi Yagura, and the Third Raikage greeted one another, and Killer B joined them on Yagura's Ice Dragon.
• Araki moved behind Killer B so he could keep the suspicious Third Raikage in view.
• Obito Uchiha used his Sharingan to control the Third Raikage and set him up to make Konoha appear responsible for an attack.
• The Third Raikage suddenly unleashed Hell Stab: One-Finger Nukite at Karatachi Yagura.

Obito Uchiha used the Sharingan to control the Third Raikage and provoke a clash with the Mist Village, but Oyashiro En disrupted his control and A and Killer B overwhelmed the Raikage. Obito then sent the Third Raikage fleeing southwest toward the Hokage and the others.

• The Third Raikage charged through Oyashiro En, who transformed into Blood Crows and briefly disrupted the attack with Ketsuryūgan genjutsu.
• Karatachi Yagura blocked the Third Raikage with the Water Mirror Technique, and their collision shattered the Ice Dragon.
• Araki and the AB Brothers realized the Third Raikage had Three-Tomoe Sharingan in his eyes, and Oyashiro En identified the Sharingan genjutsu controlling him.
• A and Killer B fought the Third Raikage while Oyashiro En interfered with Obito Uchiha's control, allowing the brothers to gain the advantage.
• Obito Uchiha learned the Hokage and others were ten kilometers southwest and ordered the Third Raikage to flee that way after taking A's Heavy Flow Violence.
