Kyle, Run!
A little while later, Fred and George arrived, making the box feel a bit crowded.
"Why can't Hogwarts give the train a bigger compartment?" Fred couldn't help but complain.
"I heard the Prefect's box is quite large and more comfortable," George said with a smile. "Unfortunately, none of us are Prefect."
"Speaking of which, Percy will be Prefect next year, right?" Kyle suddenly said.
Fred frowned, as if Kyle had just said not Percy, but that next year's Quidditch Match had been canceled.
"Although I hate to admit it, it's probably true."
George said, "I bet if that's the case, Percy will probably be wearing that Prefect Badge for the entire vacation."
As he spoke, he stuck a Chocolate Frog Card to his chest and, imitating Percy, walked around in the corridor outside the private room.
His comical actions and exaggerated facial expressions made everyone burst into laughter.
The Weasley brothers have never disappointed when it comes to creating a lively atmosphere.
The group played a few more rounds of Exploding Snap," and Qiu mentioned the notice, asking if they couldn't use any magic during the holidays.
"It can actually be used, but you have to make sure there's an adult wizard nearby."
Fred explained, "That way, the Ministry of Magic won't know who used this magic."
Qiu frowned. "Then let's forget about it."
As the train passed through more and more towns, Kyle and the others took off their wizard robes and put on jackets and short-sleeved shirts.
Finally, the train stopped at platform 9 of King's Cross Station.
To avoid attracting the attention of Muggle, a withered old guard stood at the partition wall, allowing only two or three people to leave the platform at a time.
Fortunately, there weren't many people on the train this time. After Kyle and his group said goodbye to Kanna, they quickly passed through the partition.
Kanna didn't need to leave the station because she was taking the Knight Bus home.
The group headed towards the exit leading back to the Muggle world.
Qiu's father came to pick her up. He was a kind-faced Asian man who greeted Kyle and the others warmly and invited them to visit his home during the summer vacation.
However, Kyle saw a hint of wariness in his eyes, especially when he was facing himself and Cedric.
"Kyle, run!"
Just then, Ginny, the Weasley family's youngest sister, suddenly ran over. Looking at Kyle, she said urgently, "Did you get into trouble at school? Mom's been furious the whole way there. You'd better run, or you'll be too late!"
"Thank you for reminding me, Ginny." Kyle ruffled the little girl's hair and said quietly, "But it's too late now."
Just as Ginny called out his name, Mrs. Weasley stormed over angrily.
"Brother, good luck to you."
We will always remember you.
Fred and George, quite disloyally, jumped to the side, their faces showing expressions of anticipation and waiting for a good show.
"You actually went to the Forbidden Forest with a dark wizard!" Mrs. Weasley said angrily as she approached Kyle. "Do you know how dangerous that was?"
Behind her followed a serious-looking Diana.
Kyle immediately lowered his head and said, "I was wrong, and I promise I'll never do it again!"
As he spoke, he quickly pulled out the prepared report card from his pocket.
"No matter what you bring out, don't think you can get away with this. To do something so dangerous, you..."
After glancing at the report card, Mrs. Weasley couldn't utter another word of reproach.
Full marks... Full marks...
He got full marks in almost all subjects, and the only one he lost was by just one point. Even Bill never achieved such a score back then.
"Merlin ..." Mrs. Weasley wiped her hands on her clothes and carefully took the report card.
"Kyle, you'll definitely become student council president!" Mrs. Weasley said with a look of satisfaction.
Then she looked up at the Weasley brothers beside her and said, "Where are your report cards? Let me see them."
Fred and George's smiles froze on their faces as they desperately tried to deny it, saying they had lost their report cards.
But they knew that if they did that, Mrs. Weasley would definitely write to Hogwarts, and if they brought it out now... they couldn't guarantee they'd leave King's Cross Station alive.
Seeing that the two of them remained standing there motionless, Mrs. Weasley's gaze began to harden.
"Mom, our report cards are in the box," Fred said quickly. "It's not convenient here, we'll get them for you when we get home."
"We still have newspapers in our box. What if Muggle accidentally see them?"
Mrs. Weasley looked at the crowd coming and going around her, thought about it and realized it made sense, so she didn't insist any further.
"Then let's go home now."
At that moment, Kyle also walked up to Diana.
Although Diana's expression was serious, she did not reprimand him like Mrs. Weasley did.
Her gaze fell on Kyle's fingers, and she asked, "How many times did you use it?"
Kyle knew she was asking about the number of times Apparition, and raised his hand, saying, "Once."
The ring originally had three crescent moon decorations, but now one is missing.
Diana's expression softened considerably; if it was only used once, it meant the situation wasn't too bad.
Kyle asked somewhat nervously, "Can this be replaced?"
He remembered that Diana had said in a previous letter that if he didn't want to take the train, he could Apparition directly home.
If someone is so extravagant as to use it as a means of transportation, it must be reusable.
Just as he expected.
Diana nodded and said, "Yes, but it's quite troublesome and will take a week."
Kyle breathed a sigh of relief. A week, a month—it didn't matter. He didn't need it anymore anyway.
Just like when they arrived, Mr. Weasley drove the vehicle with the Undetectable Extension Charm back to Ottery St. Catchpole.
On the way, the smiles on Fred and George's faces disappeared, as if the car wasn't taking them home, but to the execution ground.
Upon returning to the Burrow, Percy immediately produced his report card, and unsurprisingly, he was first in his fourth grade.
Mrs. Weasley gave him a happy hug; she would probably have been even happier if she hadn't seen Kyle's grades.
Then she looked at Fred and George...
Kyle stood to the side with his arms crossed, somewhat anticipating what was to come, but at that moment, Diana pulled him away.
On the way home, two screams suddenly rang out, their loud and clear voices echoing over the Ottery St. Catchpole for a long time.
