The men of St Mungo's's arrived quickly.

Several wizards dressed as healers, wands in hand, ran up to the second floor in a panic.

"Merlin... Werewolf, what on earth has happened here!" An older witch clutched her chest and said in disbelief.

"That's what we wanted to ask too," Professor Kettleburn stepped forward and said with a serious expression. "It almost bit two young wizards just now, right here, in St Mungo's's."

"Ha, this is the biggest joke in the Wizarding World!"

"Sir... we..." A middle-aged male wizard wiped the sweat from his brow and said in a flustered manner, "There must be some misunderstanding here. We will definitely find out."

"A misunderstanding?" Kyle laughed in exasperation. "Is this your explanation?!"

If he hadn't reacted quickly, and if there hadn't been two professors nearby, who knows how things would have turned out.

Even if he's lucky enough to escape, what about the boy, and all the other patients in the surrounding rooms? Could they all have escaped?

"I will report this to the Ministry of Magic," Kyle said coldly. "Whether it's a misunderstanding or not, let them investigate."

"Ministry of Magic... this..."

"No!"

At this moment, a tall, thin witch with a serious expression stepped out from behind the crowd. She gave the middle-aged male witch a cold look, and he immediately lowered his head.

"I have already notified the Ministry of Magic, and their people will be here soon. In addition, I will give you an explanation regarding this matter."

"You are...?" Kyle asked, puzzled.

For a moment, he thought it was Professor McGonagall, because the two looked so alike, both in appearance and with that serious expression.

"Let me introduce myself, Pegasus Sacia," the witch said earnestly. "I am also the director of the St Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries."

Dean Sacia was a capable witch; after making her decision, she immediately had the dying Werewolf taken away.

Thanks to the Werewolf's vigorous vitality, it didn't die, but it was close to it.

"For some reason, its value lies more in being alive," Dean Sacia explained. "I hope you understand."

Kyle nodded.

With Hagrid and Professor Kettleburn around, he wasn't afraid of the other side resorting to any underhanded tactics.

Thank you for your understanding.

Three minutes later, the Ministry of Magic personnel arrived.

The leader was the Minister for Magic, Cornelius Fudge, followed by a group of Auror and a witch in a pink coat.

Fudge looked at the large pool of blood on the ground, a flicker of panic in his eyes.

"My God... Werewolf who can transform at will... Merlin, by your side... how is this possible... I mean, why is this happening?"

"We are still investigating, Minister," Dean Sacia said calmly. "If you are concerned, you can come along."

"Okay, I mean we'll help."

"Where's that Werewolf?"

Just then, an Auror walked over. He looked just like an old lion. His brown hair and thick eyebrows were streaked with gray, and behind his gold-rimmed glasses were a pair of sharp eyes.

Dean Sacia summoned a healer and led him to the room where the Werewolf were.

Fudge walked over to Kyle and asked absentmindedly, "How are you, son?"

"I'm fine; two professors happen to be nearby."

Kyle noticed that Fudge's eyes kept glancing to the side, as if he was thinking about something.

"Child, is it possible you've mistaken me for someone else?" Fudge carefully chose his words, then said meaningfully, "Perhaps what attacked you was just an Animagus in wolf form, not Werewolf ..."

"You want me to lie?" Kyle said.

"Lying... no, no, no, how could this be a lie?"

Fudge took off his top hat, his eyes gleaming, and said, "You're still young, and you've never seen Werewolf before, so it's normal for you to mistake one for another."

"I didn't admit I was wrong," Kyle said, feigning seriousness. "We just learned about Werewolf last semester."

"You might be mistaken."

Kyle's expression remained unchanged. "I got the highest score in the grade on my final exams, and I got full marks in every subject. I can't be mistaken."

Fudge gripped the brim of his top hat tightly, his tone starting to grow impatient.

"But everyone knows that Werewolf only transform during the full moon, not during the day."

If this false information gets out, many people will panic.

The last sentence is the key point, Kyle thought to himself.

But before he could speak, the witch in the pink coat behind Fudge leaned closer.

"Child, I have discovered that you have violated the Ministry of Magic's regulations by using magic outside of school."

Umbridge glanced at Fudge and said in a cloyingly sweet voice, "According to the rules, we have to punish you."

"I broke the rules?" Kyle said incredulously.

"Isn't it obvious?" Umbridge looked at the wand in Kyle's hand with a knowing look. "Child, there's no use in arguing. The Auror will soon find out which spells you used."

If the number exceeds three... then I'm sorry, you probably won't be able to go to Hogwarts this year."

Seeing Kyle's shocked expression, Umbridge was extremely pleased; she loved this feeling.

Moreover, she was no longer satisfied with her current position; she wanted to climb higher and gain more power, so naturally she wouldn't give up any opportunity to curry favor with the minister.

He's just a minor wizard.

There are some things that the minister can't do himself, but she's happy to do them for him.

Kyle couldn't keep up the act any longer and said coldly, "You're going to fire me?"

"That's a rule of the Ministry of Magic," Umbridge said with an affected smile.

Throughout this process, Fudge stood to the side, seemingly quite interested in his hat.

Kyle's expression grew colder, and he narrowed his eyes as he said, "So the Ministry of Magic is saying that I should have just stood there and gotten bitten by the Werewolf, right?"

"You can run," Umbridge gave a fake smile. "The stairs are right there. You can easily run to a crowded place and ask for help. Why use magic?"

Kyle took a deep breath, gripping his wand tightly, barely resisting the urge to cast Avada Kedavra on her.

Racing against Werewolf?

Even Lockhart couldn't have written such an outrageous plot.

Seeing that Kyle remained silent, Umbridge became even more smug. She cleared her throat and said, "Of course, if you..."

"I'm not late, am I?"

Footsteps echoed down the stairs again. Dumbledore glance at Umbridge, walking straight up to Kyle and saying, "I was just about to go to France, but I rushed over as soon as I heard the news. Are you injured?"

"No, Headmaster," Kyle smiled slightly, "But this...unknown passerby from the Ministry of Magic said I used magic outside of school and wants to expel me."

"Don't worry, Kyle, expelling students is a power reserved for the principal."

Dumbledore said gently, "If they insist on doing so, I will attend the hearing with you."

I remember clearly that even a young wizard who hasn't graduated can use magic when their life is in danger, so what you did was perfectly fine."

"I'll go too," Professor Kettleburn said.

Hagrid: "Me too."

"And me too."

Dean Sacia also stepped forward. She looked at Umbridge and said in a playful tone, "Lady passerby, if that Werewolf wakes up, would you be willing to have a contest with it to prove your previous statement?"

If you can escape from it without using magic, Albus will have no reason to stop you from expelling this student."
