Twenty Galleon...

Fred and George looked up at the same time, hesitatingly glancing at Kyle.

To answer or not to answer... that is the question.

If they accept the offer, and Kyle guesses correctly, not only will they lose everything they've earned, but a significant portion of it will be lost.

But... with twenty Winky Galleon before them, they simply couldn't bring themselves to refuse.

George licked his slightly dry lips and asked, "Twenty Galleon... Are you sure?"

Kyle raised an eyebrow. "Let's take a gamble Cleansweep the Nimbus, and I can tell you my guess right now."

As he spoke, he leaned close to their ears and whispered a few words.

"Quirrell will stay until after the final exams, and then... the ending..."

After hearing Kyle's words, the twins gasped.

The two then exchanged a glance.

"You're not going to tell our mom about this, are you...?" Fred asked suspiciously.

Kyle's words sounded like he was giving them Galleon, a windfall that seemed unreal to him.

Kyle affirmed, "Of course not, I guarantee it."

George took a deep breath. "Alright, we'll take it!"

"A wise choice." Kyle gave them a meaningful look, then picked up a glass of Pumpkin Juice and took a sip.

Cedric and Kanna, standing nearby, stared in disbelief, only now realizing what was happening.

Twenty Galleon is no small sum; it's more than many people's allowance for a whole school year.

Just as Cedric was about to try and dissuade Kyle from acting so impulsively, Fred and George quickly gathered up the Galleon from the table and dashed back to their Gryffindor desk.

It seemed as if they were afraid Kyle would change his mind.

"Kyle, you were too impulsive..."

But before he could finish speaking, a strange voice came from the side.

"What you're doing is wrong!"

A little girl with brown hair was standing not far away watching them.

Cedric vaguely remembered her, and after thinking for a moment, asked, "You are... a freshman in Gryffindor?"

"Yes, my name is Hermione Granger."

"Hello, Cedric Diggory!"

Hermione nodded to him, then looked at Kyle and said seriously, "What you did just now was wrong. Gambling is forbidden at Hogwarts."

"I know..." Kyle said nonchalantly, "That's why I'm going to help them get rid of this bad habit."

"What?"

Hermione paused, clearly not understanding Kyle's meaning.

"But you clearly just now..."

"Don't worry about the details; they're hard to explain in a few words. Just know that I'm helping them."

Kyle interrupted her, then changed the subject, "What brings you here?"

"I've thought about it for many days, and I still feel I should come and thank you."

Hermione didn't dwell on Fred and George's matter anymore. She looked at Kyle and said seriously, "Thank you for saving my life that day."

"It's not that serious, I'm just... okay, if you insist, I accept." Kyle said somewhat helplessly.

He'd been trying to avoid Hermione as much as possible lately, but he didn't expect her to still remember it after all this time.

Is there anything else?

"Yes!" Hermione didn't stand on ceremony at all. She took out a book, * The Beginner's Guide to Transfiguration *, and opened it...

Kyle noticed that her book was filled with notes, and every blank space on each page was filled with writing.

Hermione pointed to several places with special markings in the book and asked, "Can I ask you some questions?"

Kyle nodded and answered Hermione's questions in detail, while Cedric offered his own insights.

Hermione listened very attentively.

These were the parts she hadn't quite understood in class, and she had originally intended to ask Professor McGonagall about them, but somehow, she just blurted them out.

However, the result is the same.

Kyle and Cedric solved all her problems with just a few words.

Only after the last problem was solved did Hermione reluctantly close the book.

By this time, all her previous doubts about Kyle had vanished.

As expected of the top student in the grade, she solved the problem that had troubled her for so long so easily. She's really amazing.

The same goes for that third-grader named Cedric.

For a fleeting moment, Hermione regretted being sorted into Gryffindor; Hufflepuff was the true paradise of learning.

Look at their setup, it's almost like one-on-one tutoring by a professor, and then think about my own...

Hermione, can I copy your homework?

"What was the Charms class assignment again...?"

Two voices suddenly popped into Hermione's head, making her involuntarily shudder.

Forget it, let's not think about it anymore.

Hermione thanked her again and hurriedly left with the book in her arms.

Watching her retreating figure, Cedric asked curiously, "Why did she just say you saved her life?"

"That happened a long time ago," Kyle waved his hand dismissively. "Besides, I didn't do anything special, just helped out a little. She's making a big fuss over nothing."

Cedric nodded as if he understood, but he noticed that Kyle didn't seem keen on the topic, so he didn't ask any further.

"Oh, right, Harris told us to meet at the Quidditch Pitch today, you know?"

"I know, he told me last night."

Kyle also became interested in this topic.

After Halloween, the Quidditch season begins, which also means their holiday is over and they must resume practice matches.

Fortunately, their first opponent was Ravenclaw, and neither Harris nor the others seemed too nervous.

This can be seen from today's training match.

The competition is about to begin, and the other houses are trying their best to extend the time they can use the Quidditch Pitch.

Marcus Flint of Slytherin even approached Snape and shamelessly booked the entire day's use of the pitch so they could train to their heart's content over the weekend.

Oliver Wood wanted to do the same, but Professor McGonagall didn't agree.

Of the four teams, only Hufflepuff was an exception; Harris still arranged for them to have two hours of regular training.

Although it's not very kind of Qiu to say this, that's the truth.

Quidditch is a team game that requires cooperation between players to achieve victory. Ravenclaw, who have been a weak team for so long, cannot be transformed simply by adding a Seeker.

Ravenclaw's chances of winning are slim unless Cho catches the Golden Snitch within five minutes.

Of course, if that's the case, then no matter how much they train, it will be useless.

After leaving the Great Hall, the two went back to their dorm to get their Broomstick and headed towards the Quidditch Pitch.
