What Dragon Fire, I Don't Know
Mr. Weasley didn't go to join the fun at the Dark Mark, but instead returned to his original tent with the others.
Because it was on the edge of the camp, it was fortunate to have escaped the rioting crowd, and the tents remained intact.
Percy nervously poked his head out of the tent, only relaxing considerably when he saw that it was Mr. Weasley.
He covered his arm with a bed sheet, from which blood was gushing out, and he looked badly injured.
"Where did you run off to just now...?" Mr. Weasley strode over and asked anxiously, "How are you? Is it serious?"
"It's alright." Percy winced in pain, but his expression was unusually excited. "I was injured in front of Mr. Crouch, he must have seen... my heroic performance against the dark wizard."
"Yes, yes..." Charlie glanced at him, "He might promote you to deputy director of the International Magical Cooperation Department tomorrow, valiant Mr. Percy Wetherby."
He was somewhat angry, and his tone was inevitably a bit harsh.
They were besieged by Malfoy and his gang and almost died there... Luckily Kyle showed up in time, otherwise, who knows what would have happened to them now.
But one thing is certain: even if they manage to survive, they will definitely be Cruciatus Curse.
Even Kyle was worried about Mr. Weasley's safety and came to help, but Percy... he actually went to Crouch to show off how brave he was.
If it weren't for the fact that the others were still there, he would have really wanted to give Percy a good beating.
Beside him, Bill's expression was equally grim.
However, Percy was unaware of all this and was still gloating over his success.
"You're joking again, that's impossible." Percy didn't seem to mind Charlie deliberately mispronouncing his name, or rather, Fred had been calling him that for days and he was used to it. "I just hope Mr. Crouch can give me some more meaningful work later... my current job is a bit too easy for me."
"Heh heh..." Charlie sneered, without replying.
To calm himself down and avoid actually beating Percy up, he took a sip of water and prepared to go out with Mr. Weasley to find Harry Ron and the others.
However, just as they reached the door, a group of people walked in from outside.
Leading the way was Cedric, followed by Cho, Kanna, Harry... Fred and George were at the very back.
Not one is missing, they all came back.
However, their complexions were not good; they were deathly pale, looking as if they had been terrified.
"That's great, you're all alright," Mr. Weasley said happily. "I bet you were terrified, but you're all right now. Come in and have some water, we'll be home in a bit."
No one spoke; instead, all eyes turned to Kyle had just entered the tent.
They were indeed terrified, but it had nothing to do with the riot; it was all because of Kyle's box.
At first, everyone was surprised to find that the box contained a small room, and even their tension was greatly relieved.
Driven by curiosity, Ron opened the door... and what they saw was a Dragon that was several tens of feet tall.
The Dragon was lying at the doorway, and the moment they opened the door, they could even clearly feel the scorching breath coming from its Dragon.
The moment I opened the door, I was met with Dragon face-to-face... Who can understand that feeling?
Ron, who was closest to the Dragon, fainted on the spot from fright.
And so, the group stared at the Dragon, wide-eyed... After what seemed like an eternity—perhaps a minute, perhaps half an hour— Kanna finally mustered the courage to walk over and close the door.
Despite this, they were still too frightened to move, standing trembling in place, not daring to breathe, for fear of disturbing the big guy outside.
Even Fred and George, who were throwing a tantrum and yelling about leaving, instantly shut up and fell silent.
The group stayed like that until Kyle went to call them out.
"Tell me that's not true, right?" Cedric asked through gritted teeth as Mr. Weasley went to get some water.
"What?" Kyle didn't quite understand what he meant.
"That Dragon!" Ron said casually from the side, his face flushed as if he had been punched.
"Oh, you mean Norbert?" Kyle exclaimed, "That's right, it's fake. There's no Dragon in the box at all. You've all been mistaken!"
In an instant, everyone's expression turned even more grim.
That's such a lie... Don't think they didn't hear it; Kyle even called out the name of the Dragon just now.
And even if one person misread it, does that mean they all misread it...? That's obviously impossible.
And that name, Norbert...
In the crowd, Hermione lowered her head, deep in thought. She felt like she had heard the name somewhere before.
Oh, right...
She suddenly remembered that the Norwegian Ridgeback that Hagrid hatched in first grade seemed to have this name.
Moreover, Kyle was present at the time, and the dragon later mysteriously disappeared; nobody knows where it went, and Hagrid wouldn't tell either.
Could it be...?
Hermione glanced at the box again, and this time she finally understood what Hagrid had meant by the solution.
Believe me, you've really misjudged.
On the other side, Kyle was still confidently saying, "How could I not know my own box? If you don't believe me, I can take you there again; there really is nothing inside."
"What are you talking about..." Just then, Mr. Weasley walked over with water, some bread, and sausages.
"Dad, Kyle's..." Ron was about to say something, but he suddenly noticed that Kyle was looking at him with a very strange look.
In an instant, Ron felt a tightness in his chest, and then, as if struck by a sudden realization, his mind became incredibly clear.
"Nothing, Dad." Instinctively, he immediately changed his tune, "We were just terrified. Those guys were horrible; they even impersonated Ministry of Magic and tried to kill Harry ..."
"What did you say?!" Mr. Weasley was terrified. He grabbed Harry and looked him over carefully until he was sure he was really alright before letting go.
Mr. Weasley patted his chest, still shaken, and asked, "Tell me, what happened before?"
"It's like this, Mr. Weasley ..." Before Ron could speak, Cedric stepped forward and recounted what had happened.
Perhaps it was because Kyle had deliberately chosen to let them out from outside the tent; he didn't mention the box, only saying that the group was hidden in a sufficiently safe place.
While they were talking, Kanna stood to the side, her eyes fixed intently on Kyle.
Kyle felt a little uneasy under her gaze, and shrugged, "Okay, if you're interested, would you like to take a look at my suitcase? I can be your guide."
"But it might be too late now. How about after school starts?"
"Okay," Kanna said with a smile.
No sooner had she finished speaking than the tent was pushed open again... It was Kreacher, the House-elf had come with Kanna, who ran in, sobbing and crying.
