A Visit to Minato's Residence

At dusk, as the sun slowly sank, a rosy glow spread across all of Konoha.

Tokiju and the others were following Tsunade to the home where Minato and Kushina now lived.

After Kushina and Minato got married, she moved out of the Senju Ancestral Residence and bought a home of their own with Minato, in a neighborhood near the Hokage Office Building.

Knock, knock, knock!

As the sound of knocking rang out, a greeting soon came from inside the house. "Coming, coming! Please wait a moment!"

Soon, a red-haired woman dressed in casual clothes opened the front door.

Seeing who had answered, Tsunade greeted her first. "Long time no see, Kushina. How have you been lately?"

At that, Kushina immediately replied, "Thanks to you, Tsunade, I've been doing great. But it'd be even better if I could leave the village and go sightseeing."

Tsunade's mouth twitched, and she didn't know how to respond.

As the village's Nine-Tails Jinchuriki, Kushina definitely wouldn't be allowed to leave the village.

Even if Minato agreed, the old geezers among the higher-ups wouldn't.

Without pursuing the topic, Tsunade pulled Tokiju and the others forward and started introducing them one by one.

When Tsunade introduced Uzumaki Miku, Kushina darted forward and took both of Miku's hands.

"You must be Miku! Minato told me about you before. I'm Kushina Uzumaki. I'm so happy to meet you!"

As she spoke, Kushina gave her a big hug.

Ever since Uzumaki Mito passed away, Kushina had believed she was the only Uzumaki left in the Ninja World.

Now she'd met another member of her clan—and a girl, just like her. She was over the moon!

What she didn't know was that she had another clanswoman, who was currently in the Land of Rain playing at being a god.

Uzumaki Miku, held in Kushina's arms, blushed. Kushina's enthusiasm made her feel a little awkward.

She had been a blood bag in Kusagakure for years, and had long since developed a submissive nature.

Being treated so warmly all of a sudden left her unsure how to respond, but the bond of their shared blood made her feel safe.

Just then, Minato stepped forward to break things up. "All right, Kushina. Let everyone come in first. We can't leave our guests standing at the door."

He'd been making dinner in the kitchen, but after hearing the knock and realizing no one had come in, he'd stepped out to check.

Hearing him, Kushina immediately let go of Miku and awkwardly tapped her head. She quickly apologized, "I'm so sorry. I got excited when I saw someone from my clan. Everyone, come on in!"

With that, Kushina stepped aside and ushered everyone into the house.

Once they were inside, Tsunade immediately gave Tokiju a nudge from behind, signaling him to hurry up and give them the present.

Seeing this, Tokiju stepped forward and said to Minato, "Lord Fourth, we came in a hurry and couldn't prepare a proper gift."

As he spoke, Tokiju took out a scroll and handed it to Minato. "These are several Sealing Jutsu I've researched and improved over the years. I hope you don't mind."

Minato took the scroll and carefully looked over the Sealing Jutsu written on it, his expression turning pleasantly surprised.

"Tokiju, I appreciate the thought. These Sealing Jutsu are all very useful. Thank you," Minato said with a smile.

Minato wasn't exaggerating. These Sealing Jutsu really were useful.

One in particular was worth mentioning: the Five Senses Loss Technique.

It was a wide-area Sealing Jutsu that sealed the senses of everyone within its range.

All in all, it was an extremely powerful disruption technique, with a learning difficulty well above A-rank.

However, its drawbacks were also obvious: it consumed a lot of chakra, and the caster was affected by it too.

Of course, when there were drawbacks, they needed to be addressed.

So Tokiju had also developed the corresponding Reverse Five Senses Loss Technique to solve those problems.

After using the Reverse Five Senses Loss Technique on himself, he could become completely immune to the effects of the Five Senses Loss Technique.

Seeing how interested Minato was in the Sealing Jutsu, Kushina immediately realized that the ones Tokiju had given him must be something special.

She darted over to Tokiju, ruffled his hair, and said, "I didn't know you knew Sealing Jutsu too, little Tokiju! You know, I'm really good at Sealing Jutsu. Want me to teach you?"

At that, Tokiju silently rolled his eyes. Judging by their birth years, she should be calling him big brother.

Though he grumbled inwardly, Tokiju obediently nodded and said with feigned excitement, "Really? I already have something I want to ask you, Sister Kushina."

Hearing him call her "Sister," Kushina looked even happier and hurriedly replied, "Go ahead. Your big sister will tell you everything she knows."

Seeing his wife chatting animatedly with everyone, Minato didn't interrupt. Instead, he returned to the kitchen to finish making dinner.

Tsunade casually sat down on the sofa and browsed the TV for something interesting to watch.

Shizune sat with Uchiha Hikari, telling her amusing stories from the years she'd spent traveling with Lady Tsunade. Uchiha Hikari listened with great longing.

Tokiju, meanwhile, pulled Kushina and Uzumaki Miku together to discuss the Uzumaki Clan's innate abilities.

Tokiju snapped his fingers. Three pale golden chains shot from behind him and circled around the room.

Seeing this, Kushina was stunned. She hurriedly said, "Hey! Little Tokiju, I didn't know you'd awakened the Adamantine Sealing Chains!"

It was no wonder she was so shocked. Even Tsunade, who was now at the peak of her strength, couldn't use the Adamantine Sealing Chains.

Yet her little six-year-old brother had already awakened them. Kushina couldn't help but feel deeply curious.

Hearing Kushina, Tokiju laughed and said, "Ha ha, maybe I inherited more of Grandma Mito's bloodline."

After brushing it off, Tokiju seriously asked Kushina, "Sister Kushina, I can only form three chains at most right now, and they can't reach very far. Do you know why?"

Hearing Tokiju's question, Kushina grew serious too.

She first sensed his physical condition, then smiled and said, "Don't worry. You can't form more chains because your body is still too small, and you don't have enough chakra yet. Once your body's fully grown, these problems will resolve themselves."

At that, Tokiju nodded and thanked her. "I understand. Thank you, Sister Kushina."

Then Tokiju pulled Uzumaki Miku over and continued, "What about Sister Miku? She clearly has a lot of chakra, but for some reason she can't use the Adamantine Sealing Chains."

This was what Tokiju had really wanted to ask. He knew his own body, and the main issue was that he was too young.

But Uzumaki Miku was different. She was an Uzumaki who had already awakened Physical Healing.

By rights, even among the Uzumaki Clan, her vitality and chakra should be among the very best.

What's more, her daughter Karin could use Physical Healing, the Adamantine Sealing Chains, and the Mind's Eye of the Kagura.

Yet Miku, her mother, could only use Physical Healing. Tokiju found it puzzling, so he wanted to ask about it.

Could it really be because her body had been depleted for so long?
