Background / History

Tang Hao was a member of the Clear Sky Sect and bearer of its inherited Clear Sky Hammer martial soul. Before becoming a Title Douluo, he travelled with his pregnant wife Ah Yin, a hundred-thousand-year soul beast in human form, near Martial Soul City while he was at the level-90 bottleneck. Martial Soul Hall discovered Ah Yin's identity and pursued them; Ah Yin ultimately sacrificed herself to protect the newborn Tang San and Tang Hao. 100

After breaking through to Title Douluo, Tang Hao gained continent-wide notoriety by severely injuring the previous Martial Soul Hall Pope, Qian Xunji. His standing as the Clear Sky Douluo made even Dugu Bo fear Tang San upon learning the boy's parentage. 71

In Holy Soul Village, Tang Hao lived as a drunken, negligent blacksmith. Tang San was underfed, poorly clothed, and made to work from childhood while supporting his father.
